Much below expectations.
Pros:

Just the location was close to City bus terminal.

Cons:

For solo traveler, the rooms are on 3rd floor. You have to carry your luggage all the way to the top on very narrow stairs.
Washrooms are tiny and dirty with clogged drains. Not a place worth staying.
The receptionist was a liar. I booked room on booking.com for 1600 PKR. But I was asked to pay 2500 for a room that had proper electricity connection.
Entire room was dirty, even the bed was covered with dirt.

Very poor room rough condition and there was also smell of humidity and staff behavior was not acceptable they want extra money other than online booking over all worst experience.
