Solider Standard für europäische Gäste (Sauber und gepflegt)
Pros:

- Gute Lage an der MM Alam Rd.
- Saubere und gepflegte Hotel-Anlage und Zimmer
- Schöne und moderne Lobby (immer angenehmer Raum-Duft)
- Neue Handtücher waren warm und haben gut gerochen
- Kein Luxus Resort aber perfekt geeignet, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist und überwiegend zum Schlafen und Frühstück im Hotel ist.

Cons:

- Keine top moderne Qualität und Ausstattung aber dafür sehr sauber und gepflegt (Toiletten-Sitz aus Plastik)
- Teilweise unangenehmer Geruch in der Dusche (aber völlig im Rahmen, kein Gestank)
- Wasserkocher im Zimmer hatte leider schwarze Plastik-Stückchen im Wasser
- Schlechter Kaffee beim Frühstück dafür aber sehr guter Kaffee im Café (kostenpflichtig)
- Steckdosen im Zimmer für europäische Stecker schwer nutzbar (war locker und steckte nicht ordentlich)

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that everything was handled smoothly.

The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping centrews. Overall, it was a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value.

I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
