They didn’t give us the same category of the room as they said it is superior than that as the category you selected the room is not vacant and we need to wait for 12 noon to avail it(as we were there at 10:40am). And then we were supposed to swap the room again after around the couple of hours. We need to take rest without any disturbance so we didn’t feel it favourable for us. Moreover the light of the washroom was out of order which I informed the staff who said it will be changed right away but never during the stay. Air conditioning turned off after an hour or so. Therefore they need to update the things. Moreover the bedsheet was untidy and full of stains.

No this is very very low quality room management not good no fan working a/c no working electric in my room no have all night no sleep I book big size room and give me small room I ask why he say me no have room it’s full I say I booking.com also used and book my room so why u no give me so only 1 talking no have room it’s full really I no happy
staff behavior good!
Bed was broken, No toiletries!
Staff Mr. Ali is an Excellent man. He was so kind to me. Because of his attitude and behaviour, I will come again and stay at Green View Hotel. Breakfast was OK and served in the room. It was tasty and fresh. Tea was super. I ordered my breakfast very late at 2:30 pm and I got it. The hotel did not say it is late now OR last time of the breakfast is 12 pm or 10 am, something like that. These things rank Green View Hotel above other hotels. Also the room AC was excellent. When the electricty went off on the first day, they immediately turned the generator on. Super.
They first showed me Room 106 and then they changed my room to 104 but they did not put new towel and soap in the room. Next day they did.
