As my guest was traveling from Iran, he was deeply touched by the warm hospitality and exceptional services at the Premier Inn Grand Gulberg Lahore. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel incredibly welcome, and the central location made exploring the city very convenient. The daily breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wonderful start to his mornings! More importantly kudos to the operations head for being on her ten toes for especially this booking.
Honestly, there is nothing negative to say, as my guest entire experience was perfectly managed by the wonderful team. If I had to suggest one minor addition, having a few traditional Persian tea options would be a lovely touch for international guests from my country. Everything else was absolutely flawless and exceeded it my expectations!

This was my fourth stay at Premier Inn Grand Gulberg, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The facilities are well maintained, the staff is courteous and professional, the service is consistently outstanding, and the food is excellent.
The hotel has maintained the same high standards on every visit, which is truly commendable. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Lahore.

To be honest, staying here felt like a mandatory time-travel experiment I never signed up for.
First, the Wi-Fi didn't just suck; it was practically non-existent. I think dial-up from the 90s could have easily beaten it in a race.
Then came the daily power struggles. Every time the electricity went out, the generator would kick in, but the AC would immediately trip. I became the property's unofficial, unpaid supervisor, constantly calling management to remind them to flip the breaker.
Trying to sleep off the frustration didn't help either. The mattress is so old and cratered in the middle that I spent the night sinking into the abyss, which successfully brought back my chronic back pain.
For entertainment, there is a TV that looks roughly 100 years old. It doesn't actually play anything, serving purely as a dusty monument to the invention of television.
This property currently boasts an 8.8 rating, which is the biggest mystery of all. Unless they are buying those reviews online, I am convinced we stayed at completely different locations. Definitely not recommended
