Dont trust booking reservation when you are in pakistan

I booked i got confirmation when i went there they said we are fully booked. At 12 midnight i was romaing on streets like i m a beggar , why you accepted my booking if you were fully booked

Location was good , hence why I picked it and I got an upgrade to a big size room

Cons:

I didn’t the way the lady asked me for a review whilst eating breakfast and then took the phone off me and did all the review herself
Reviews are meant to be done by the customer themselves . She asked everyone who had breakfast and did everyone’s reviews herself . This is the 1st time I have ever seen this happen .
I have credited the review myself now

Also I had no hot water till the 2nd day and was offered a bucket of water instead .
Just don’t like the idea of false ratings
Doesn’t look good for booking .com


Also towels were not clean . A lot of reviews for this hotel is fake and personally done by staff themselves as explained
