a low-cost option of accommodation- watch out weak facility

Staff is good and friendly. Car park given within the facility. security is acceptable. room charge is low. wonder how can they maintain hotel with such a low rate. But rate increase without an appreciable improvement in overall quality is not acceptable

Cons:

Cleanliness is terrible. Toilet is not flushing. Water splashing in toilet, shower and wash basin. Facilities such as cloth hanging cupboard not provided. Lousy breakfast. Basic items are not provided. Bad smell inside corridor, door ways and rooms. rooms are not lit properly. Don't recommend this location.

The response to supports such as room service, urgent requirements were well managed by the staff.
The staff were professional in guiding too. The staff were very supportive.

The staff will ask u everywhere, at the breakfast or at reception to give high rated reviews which is unprofessional by scanning from ur phone to all members who stayed.
The reviews shall be honest, not forced, independent and not in presence of staff.
