10 out of 10 by my current and past experience.
Pros:

It's been 5 years now that I always prefer to stay in this hotel either travelling alone or with the family. It always exceeded my expectations. Staff is extremly friendly and specially I would like to mention Mr. Inam at the front desk who always welcome me like a family and take good care of us throughout our stay each time I visit. Three years back my son had an open heart surgery at Lahore and that time I stayed at this hotel. The way they took care of my son, I will never forget that.

Also the breakfast which the hotel serve is excellent and a true taste of Lahore cuisine.
