Ne-a placut tot si mai venim cu siguranta! Si cu drag recomandam tuturor
Pros:

Ne-a placut tot: camera foarte frumoasa cu un pat confortabil si restul detaliilor la superlativ, inclusiv corpurile de iluminat (foarte dragute). Baia impecabila. Balconul util. Dar cel mai mult ne-a impresionat micul dejun: am fost primii si am exclamat woow! Totul arata ademenitor si dupa degustare declaram ca a fost delicios!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Soimul in Poiana Brașov and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit.

The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help at any time of the day. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hotel is exceptionally clean — one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Everything is very well maintained and comfortable. Our room (105) had excellent conditions and was very pleasant to stay in.

Breakfast was excellent: the food was very fresh and perfectly suited for a good start to the day.

The location is also very convenient. The hotel is situated in a quiet area not far from the ski resort. There are shuttles running throughout the day, which makes getting to the slopes very easy. Another great advantage is that ski equipment can be rented directly at the hotel, which is extremely convenient.

We visited as a family and had a fantastic experience. A special thank you to the hotel team for their kindness, flexibility and help during our stay.

We are already looking forward to coming back next time!

Ne-a plăcut
Pros:

- Micul dejun a fost foarte bun.
- Amabilitatea personalului, și de la recepție și de la restaurant
- faptul că au shuttle către partie și tot așa faptul că au sărit în ajutor și cei de la centrul de închirieri schiuri și șoferul de la shuttle, deci au personal de top
- camerele și păturile sunt ok
- cina a fost bună la hotel

Cons:

- unul din lifturi nu mergea cand am făcut checkinul iar sâmbătă dimineață când sa coborâm la mic dejun nu mai mergea niciunul din cele 2 😅😂 l-au reparat doar pe cel care mergea oricum până în seara respectivă. Dar nu ne-a afectat așa tare, cu siguranță se poate lucra la lifturi.

The food in the restaurant was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm.

There is a free shuttle service in the winter which takes the visitors at the base of the slopes. There is also free parking at the hotel.

Hotel cu camere curate recent renovate, poziționat într-o zonă liniștită, cu acces ușor către pârtie, aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos. Micul dejun a fost gustos și variat, cu produse proaspete. Personalul amabil și atent, iar atmosfera generală foarte plăcută și relaxantă. Un loc potrivit atât pentru un sejur activ la schi, cât și pentru câteva zile de odihnă

Pros:

Micul dejun foarte variat. Salteaua patului foarte confortabila. Amplasarea in zona linistita, perfecta, pentru un somn de calitate dupa o zi de ski.

Cons:

Primul microbuz pentru partie este abia la ora 8:45 , ajungand la gondola cand este deja coada, de aceea am decis sa plecam pe jos.
