Pros:

Personal super atento, con genial organización tanto de transporte como de actividades. El internet va perfecto, con algun corte de luz puntual pero permite teletrabajar sin problemas.

Nos prepararon cafe en un termo para poder tener durante nuestro horario de trabajo de madrugada.

El alquiler de moto perfecto también.

Las vistas maravillosas.

Sin duda repetiria.

A great place to relax steeped in nature with flowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies - lovely!
Pros:

One of our rooms had 2 beds. couple rocking chairs, terrace, and a stellar view of the volcano. Highly recommended. We ate breakfast and dinner there most days (very convenient with good prices). The customer service provided by Lucy as well as owner Carlos was superb. We felt well looked after.

Cons:

The other room had 2 beds (comfort room), in a row of rooms beside the parking lot. It was okay until a group of young people showed up who were fairly noisy. (Better to be in a garden room away from the other rooms.)

Excellent value. Plenty of space to park your car.

Lucy the receptionist was extremely kind and helped me during my stay at the hotel

Cons:

The road to the hotel and I found the entrance to the road leading to the hotel hidden. This was important since I came with a car to the hotel.
