Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Die. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

A great place to relax steeped in nature with flowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies - lovely!
Pros:

One of our rooms had 2 beds. couple rocking chairs, terrace, and a stellar view of the volcano. Highly recommended. We ate breakfast and dinner there most days (very convenient with good prices). The customer service provided by Lucy as well as owner Carlos was superb. We felt well looked after.

Cons:

The other room had 2 beds (comfort room), in a row of rooms beside the parking lot. It was okay until a group of young people showed up who were fairly noisy. (Better to be in a garden room away from the other rooms.)

Cons:

The road to the hotel and I found the entrance to the road leading to the hotel hidden. This was important since I came with a car to the hotel.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
Pros:

À la limite le côté jardin aux alentour mais franchement tout est très décevant

Cons:

Le personnel: ici seulement pour récupérer de sous. Pas de service client généreux, pas d’attention.
Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude dans la douche car apparement ce n’était pas dans notre prix de chambre mais nous ne l’avions jamais su.
Ils nous ont booké un tour pour l’ascension du volcan avec un guide qui n’est pas son métier et n’avons été prévenu d’aucun danger ou difficulté particulière.
Quand on ouvre un hôtel c’est pour le plaisir du service

Absolutely loved it.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant. Lucy and Henry were incredibly helpful in giving recommendations, booking a motorbike to get around on, being flexible when I extended my stay, booking taxis to and from the ferry port.
The view of conception from my room was perfect. Completely magical to wake up to each morning and the site the hotel is located is set back from the road and other buildings so you hear and see lots of different birds each morning.
The food was also great.

Cons:

Not much could be better really.

Beautiful property and stunning volcano view!
Pros:

The property is beautiful, the volcano view was stunning, room was nice and clean, staff are friendly. I only ate one meal here, it was mediocre. I stayed in a volcano view room and the view did not disappoint!

Cons:

No hot water and water pressure in shower was almost non-existent.
Wifi did not work in the room

Let bij het boeken goed op welk kamertype je kiest, want de kwaliteitsverschillen binnen dit hotel zijn groot

Cons:

Het El Encanto Garden Hotel heeft meerdere kamertypes. Het is belangrijk om dit goed te begrijpen vóór je boekt, omdat de kwaliteitsverschillen groot zijn.

Er zijn onder andere:
• een standaardkamer zonder airconditioning en zonder warm water
• een comfortkamer met airconditioning, maar óók zonder warm water

Dat laatste staat niet expliciet vermeld op de website. Wij verbleven in een comfortkamer. Voor een kamer die als “comfort” wordt aangeboden, mag je warm water verwachten. Dat is hier niet het geval.

De kamer was redelijk schoongemaakt, maar:
• het matras was doorgezakt
• de kussens waren geel, oud en duidelijk aan vervanging toe
• de muren zaten vol vlekken

Dit hebben wij gemeld bij de receptie. Na overleg konden we verhuizen naar de Madeiras cabin (de deluxe kamer). Deze kamer heeft wél warm water en airconditioning en is van een totaal andere kwaliteit. Het matras is beter, de kussens zijn schoon en de kamer is duidelijk beter onderhouden. Het kwaliteitsverschil tussen deze twee kamertypes is zeer groot.

Het eten in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit. De porties zijn wat ons betreft aan de kleine kant. Het uitzicht vanaf het restaurant is echter fenomenaal en absoluut een pluspunt.

Het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie en is geschikt voor mensen die echt van rust houden.

Ruhige Nächte aber vorsicht vor Abzocke
Pros:

Schöner Garten und relativ ruhige Lage da abseits der Straße. Frischer Kaffee der hier in den Hügeln angebaut wird gibt es obendrein. Personal spricht auch englisch, das ist in Nicaragua nicht unbedingt der Fall.

Cons:

Das W-Lan reichte nicht ins Zimmer und war auch im Bereich der Rezeption sehr langsam. Zudem hätten die Zimmer laut Betreiber 60 statt der angegebenen 30 Dollar gekostet. Onlinebuchung zu niedrigerem Preis wurde dann aber akzeptiert. Über Verfügbarkeit von Bussen am Sonntag wurde falsch Informiert und direkt zu einem total überteuerten Taxi geraten. Hier wird man als Ausländer wo es nur geht über den Tisch gezogen!
