Best stop on our vacation. Highly recommend this place. We will return some day!
Pros:

The view from our room beat expectations from the hotel pics. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent with the dinner being the star performer.

Nothing. It was all great.

Absolument parfait. Un vrai bonheur dans un écrin de verdure.

Tout est parfait. L’emplacement, la taille de l’appartement, le petit déjeuner, le parking. Un véritable coup de cœur.

The perfect spot to explore the Julian Alps, fantastic food, amazing view room, and superior and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was great, from the check-in team to the restaurant folks.
The room and view were spectacular!
The location was perfect for walking some of the trails and for driving to other locations.
We didn’t know the restaurant has a Michelin Bib Gourmet listing, but it lived up to it. The staff was always attentive and the food inventive but so delicious.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich Kühlvitrinen haben gefehlt

Cons:

Dienstag ist Ruhetag und Abend gibt es nichts zu essen im Hotel. Sauna oder kleiner Wellnessbereich wäre auch nicht schlecht.

We completely fell in love with Triangel and cannot wait to come back.

From the moment we arrived at Triangel Boutique Hotel, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. Every member of the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. Their enthusiasm for the Julian Alps was contagious, and their hiking and cycling recommendations led us to some of the most breathtaking moments of our trip.
The hotel’s premium electric bikes were always ready, making it effortless to explore the spectacular mountain scenery. Each day, we returned to one of the most magnificent views imaginable. Sitting on the deck and gazing up at the majestic Špik Mountain in the Julian Alps was a peaceful experience that never grew old.
The wellness center was impeccable and the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking or biking. Every detail of the hotel has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of comfort, relaxation, and understated elegance.
Breakfast each morning was an absolute delight. Freshly prepared eggs, local cheeses, seasonal produce, flaky croissants, exceptional coffee, and countless other delicious offerings made every morning something to look forward to.
Our evenings were equally memorable. The Michelin-star dining experience was extraordinary, beautifully showcasing the flavors and traditions of Slovenia with a modern, creative flair.
Triangel Boutique Hotel is far more than a beautiful place to stay—it’s an experience that captures the very best of Slovenian hospitality, adventure, wellness, and cuisine. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return.
We completely fell in love with Triangel and cannot wait to come back.
