Pros:

Das Hotel ist recht Zentral gelegen, das Zimmer war sauber, und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, eben wie in der Beschreibung

Cons:

Eine Große Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel, die wohl auch noch einige Zeit dort sein wird, der Baulärm ging morgens um 8:00 Uhr los.

Me gustó que estaba frente a un parque precioso en una zona local.

Cons:

El baño y la ducha estaban en la planta baja y entonces hay menos intimidad ya que es la zona de más tránsito.

Lugar tranquilo, organizado, limpo e espaçoso para família.
Pros:

Quarto grande, espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Na frente da hospedagem tem um parque muito acolhedor e é uma região que fica a uns 15 minutos do centro de Amsterdã. Conhecemos tudo a pé e foi incrível. Fomos muito bem acolhidos.

Cons:

Banheiro era um pouco pequeno, mas atendeu as nossas necessidades. Tem bastante escada para subir e o espaço em comum poderia disponibilizar um pouco mais de utensílios para serem usados. Para chegar na hospedagem foi um pouco complicado porque o trem não deixava tão perto, tivemos que andar 15 minutos com as malas. Mas, como estava tendo obras na linha de bondinho na frente da estadia, acredito que esse problema era temporário.

From the moment we arrived, we found BUGS and insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The room was located on the ground floor and was very NOISY. We could constantly hear people talking, walking past, and coming in and out, which woke us up several times during the night. Getting proper rest was almost impossible.

The worst part was how the managers handled the issues we raised during our stay. We reported our concerns expecting assistance or a solution, but they were completely unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. We felt ignored and unsupported throughout the process.

Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below what we expected. We would not recommend this property and would definitely not stay here again
