garnichts sehr dreckig, als wir fragten ob das normal ist antwortete sie flüchtig. das so etwas legal sein kann ist krass.

Tyynyliina valmiiksi likainen, huone kylmä. Lämmityslaite ei toimi. Luvattiin viedä irtopatteri ja uusi tyynyliina sillä välin kun ollaan kaupungilla. Ei viety, unohtui. Vietiin siis itse. Suihku myös surkeassa kunnossa, vaikka kyllä sieltä vettä sai tulemaan. Kahvat rikki. Niin kuin myös wc:n toinen huuhtelu rikki. Vaikutti siltä, että ei juuri välitetä kunnossapidosta. Huoneet tosi pieniä, mikä kyllä aika normaalia. Rakennustyöt vieressä piti meteliä aikaisin aamusta. Ne toki tilapäisiä ongelmia. Huoneessa oli käyty toisena päivänä, kun patteri oli irroitettu seinästä. Ihmettelin, että lähes täyttä roskista ei kuitenkaan oltu vaivauduttu tyhjentämään.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

From the moment we checked in, both rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, clearly indicating a hygiene issue. In addition, there was visible dust, the rooms were in poor condition, and the beds were uncomfortable.

We reported the situation immediately, and although we were given replacement rooms, the same problems persisted, including the smell and overall lack of cleanliness.

This was not a matter of preference but a basic cleanliness and maintenance concern. The smell was especially noticeable in the beds, which made us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene.

The only reason we ended up staying was because we could not find another available option that night, but it was not a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s response was insufficient and did not properly resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if cleanliness, comfort, and proper maintenance are important to you.

Poco espacio. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Chambre exiguë, laissant peu de place au dépôt des affaires.
Le chauffage (clim) ne fonctionnait pas, mais a été remplacé à la demande par un convecteur, et la douche était froide.

Beds were dirty as seen in photos,ac heater didn’t work so was cold for a while then reported it was told someone would look at it then proceeded to hear nothing,a hour past staff finally looked at it while I was out,worked for a while then went of again so I had to use the small heater provided which the cable was exposed and left dangerous as seen in photos and then construction work started from 7am which woke us up and the bed was not comfy and someone had separated bleach onto a dirt patch rather than change the sheets

Las camas duras y no tenía buena calefacción, sentíamos demasiado frío

The rooms are in need of a coat of paint, scuffs all over the walls. Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the guests before us or the 10 before those, dust and hairs all over the floors, skirtings thick with dust the whole way round the room. No kettle or bottled water. Bathroom very small, does the job although after a shower the whole floor is wet and a small square towel doesn’t quite do the job.

It was super small room.
