Maltańska przygoda
Pros:

Strategiczne położenie hotelu dla zwiedzania Malty. Dwa przystanki autobusem do portu, skąd można ruszyć na wyspy Gozo i Comino, a także do stolicy wyspy Valletty. Trzy przystanki autobusem do plaży Bugibba Perched Beach. Śniadanie w hotelu codziennie takie same, typowo brytyjskie, na ciepło, na słodko, są także owoce i ważywa, napoje ciepłe i zimne.

Cons:

Zestaw kosmetyków zawierał jedno mydło na osobę na kilkudniowy pobyt, brak szamponu i żelu do mycia. Hotel dostał swoje trzy gwiazdki zapewne przed przystąpieniem do UE, na unijne standardy nie sądzę, że dostał by chociaż dwie gwiazdki. Hotel gości grupy kolonijne, co powoduje dość głośne zachowanie młodzieży wieczorem.

Budżetowy nocleg dobrze zlokalizowany.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko przystanku autobusowego. Kilka minut na nogach do skrzyżowania, gdzie jest więcej linii autobusowych. Blisko do sklepów, do 25 min do promenady nadmorskiej. Śniadania w hotelu proste, wystarczające: parówki, dwie wędliny, jajko, chleb, jogurt, ciasto, english breakfast. Brakowało owoców, warzyw. Łóżka duże i wygodne materace.

Cons:

Łazienka - stara. Konieczność pełnego remontu. Lepsze, nowsze ręczniki. Pokój na wewnętrzny dziedziniec-komin, czyli tyły innych budynków.

Nice stay, thank you!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant, quiet stay. Room was quite spacious and comfy. Everything was super clean, and I liked the balcony. Location is convenient, close to shops, pastizzerias and next to main road - easy to use buses to get to other parts of island.

Cons:

Sometimes I had problems with water in my bathroom. Toilet tank was filling slowly and sometimes water was constantly running, and shower sometimes ran out of hot water.
Also breakfasts could have more variety.

Jako ljubazno osoblje!
Pros:

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, posebno gospođa koja služi doručak kao i stariji čovjek na recepciji, lokacija je dobra, vrlo blizu autobusne stanice pa je dobro povezano!
Hotel je starije građe, no uredan je i čist, wifi je bio dobar u sobi, jedino bi bilo dobro da daju dva ručnika po.osobi, jer je jedan ručnik zaista malo!
Sobe imaju mini hladnjak i balkon.
Ručnici se mijenjaju svaki dan i čistačica, koja je vrlo ljubazna, uredi sobu svakodnevno.
Doručak se služi od 7.30 do 9.30 sati.
Izbor za doručak je dobar za ovu kategoriju hotela (kruh, tost, razne pahuljice, mlijeko, maslac, marmelada, salame, sirevi, voće, jaja, slanina), tako da smo bili zadovoljni!
Kava je prefina za doručkom!
Također nude vodu, sok od ananasa i sok on naranče.
Nedaleko od hotela je Eurosaver supermarket u kojem se mogu kupiti proizvodi iz različitih europskih zemalja, uključujući Hrvatsku!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, a clean room, and daily housekeeping with fresh towels provided every day.

There are a couple of bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to Valletta or to the beaches in Mellieħa.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast — it would be nice to have a wider selection of hot dishes available.

Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, az ott dolgozó magyar hölgy, Kamilla nagyon segítőkész volt, tanácsokat adott, hogy mit látogassunk meg, hol tudunk szuvenírt venni stb. Bármiben fordulhattunk hozzá és a személyzet többi tagjához is. A szoba elhagyása után a poggyászainkat ott hagyhattuk, amíg nem indultunk a reptérre. A reggeli nekünk lefedett mindent, volt angol reggeli és kontinentális reggeli is. Az elhelyezkedése szuper, bármi könnyen elérhető tömegközlekedéssel, pár perc sétára találhatóak a buszmegállók Málta minden irányába. Közvetlenül a hotel mellett van egy szupermarket és pár perc sétára egy másik nagyobb bolt, ahol péksütiket, szendvicseket, wrapeket lehet venni.

There was visible mold on the toilet and around the bathtub. The balcony had clearly not been cleaned or swept. We found stains and hair on the bed linen, which is completely unacceptable.

As for towels, guests are provided with only one towel per person and a floor towel. When we asked for additional towels, or at least a hand towel, we were told, and I quote, “They don’t provide hand towels.”

The air conditioning was set to 27°C in the room. The only reason our stay was bearable was that our room faced west and was shaded from the afternoon sun. Otherwise, it would have been impossible to sleep comfortably.

Another frustrating issue was the lack of power outlets. There was only one usable electrical outlet in the entire room, and it was not located near the bed. The other outlet was occupied by the refrigerator, meaning multiple guests were expected to share a single outlet for charging phones and other devices. This is highly inconvenient and far below what should be expected from any hotel today.

The breakfast selection was very limited, although we do not wish to criticize that too harshly, as this is, after all, a 3-star hotel.

We did not use the swimming pool because the level of dirt and poor maintenance of both the pool and the sun loungers was shocking.

The staff were not particularly helpful. We asked for assistance with two issues—the air conditioning and additional towels—and received no help with either.

The hotel’s location is decent, mainly because it is close to a bus stop. Unfortunately, that is one of the very few positive things we can say.

Overall, the hotel falls far below the standard it should be operating at. Being a 3-star property is not an excuse for poor hygiene, inadequate maintenance, and a lack of basic guest service. We would not recommend staying here.

Dobry i tani hotel na spanie i zwiedzanie.
Pros:

Hotel nie jest najnowszy i nadaje się do remontu ale jeśli chodzi o miejsce na nocleg i zwiedzania jest bardzo ok. Czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Śniadania proste ale smaczne, można się najeść, bardzo dobra kawa,każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Obsługa bardzo ,miła, pomocna sympatyczna. Pan na recepcji bardzo sympatyczny.
Duzy minus za brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, jedynie wiatrak na suficie trochę ratujący sytuacje, dobrze ze nie było mega upału bo było by kiepsko.
Blisko do przystanków autobusowych z których można dojechać w każdy punkt wyspy.
Stosunek jakości do ceny na plus, wiadomo, że za takie pieniądze nie można oczekiwać cudów ale było bardzo przyzwoicie.
