Peaceful, perfect place to stay near old town
Pros:

They have really amazing rooms, very near to old town. Perfect place to stay. Very peaceful.

Cons:

I have very poor internet signals in my room other then that perfect place to stay.

Très bon choix. Très bien situé.
Pros:

Très bien situé dans un quartier animé mais en retrait dans une petite impasse, donc très calme. Accès au centre ville à pied très facile.
Chambres spacieuses (nous en avions 3) et confortables. 2 étages pas d’ascenseurs. propre. Pas de petit déjeuner,mais thé et café en libre service au rdc. Facile de se restaurer dans le quartier. Personnel très discret et très agréable.

Pros:

Nicely located. A few minutes walk to the east gate. Not situated on the main road, so it's quiet. Close to the night bazaar for food.
Bed is also comfortable and the room spacious.

Cons:

It's a minor thing, but the water overflowed to the floor most of the time while taking a shower because of how the shower and bathtub were installed.

非常喜歡這裡的地點好、明亮乾淨！
Pros:

住宿地點近古城區，到夜市或到我們想去的地方都非常方便！房間舒適整潔明亮打掃乾淨，最棒的是房宿的主人會說中文，他的姪子非常可愛有禮貌！非常推薦！

Location. Size of room. Wifi was great. Very quiet .

Cons:

Mattresses were very hard.
Air conditioning was loud.
There was no true shower as the holder was broken
Security was non existent to the point they did not even verify me when I “checked in”
Hosts do not speak any English, so difficult to communicate.
Weird smell in the room as well.

Pros:

Les propriétaires sont une famille et ils sont très accueillants et accessibles. Ils nous ont demandé plusieurs fois si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. L’emplacement est également bien. Pas trop loin du vieux Chiang Mai, on peut facilement y accéder en marchant, mais on peut également facilement se rendre au market pas trop loin de la rivière Ping. La petite ruelle pour se rendre peut faire peur un peu mais c’est tout 😅

Cons:

C’est un 3 étoiles. La propreté générale laisse à désirer. Le minimum est fait. Les draps étaient propres à mon arrivé, le plancher aussi. Mais plusieurs traces sur les murs, des cheveux dans le drain, etc.

Aussi, le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné durant notre séjour. Il fonctionne bien en bas, dans la salle de séjour, mais dans la chambre jamais. Donc disons que ça utilise pas mal les données personnelles. 🤷‍♀️
