This accommodation felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple of days. The property is close to the train station and the main centre of activity. It was very quiet despite the location. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good. This is a great budget place to stay in Aguas Calientes.

Todo estuvo excelente, agradezco la atención y el apoyo que me brindaron ya que llevé a un grupo y fueron por nosotros a la estación y nos ayudaron con las mochilas de todos para llevarlas al hotel en lo que nosotros ibamos a comprar nuestros boletos de Machu Picchu. La zona es muy tranquila y con muchos restaurantes alrededor, en la esquina hay una tienda por si necesitas comprar algo, la habitación muy cómoda y de buen tamaño, en verdad me hubiera gustado estar más noches, lo consideraré para nuestra próxima visita. Además lo que me gustó es que tiene elevador y el desayuno es en el último piso lo que hace que tenga una vistas excelentes de las montañas (el panqué de plátano estaba delicioso). Sin duda volvería.

This hotel is perfectly situated close to the train station. If you are staying over night at Aguas Calientes (before or after visiting Machu Picchu), this hotel fits the bill and is a good value for your money. The breakfast provided in the morning was good as well. The reception staff was very friendly and gave nice recommendations on things to do in the town.
Cuando llegamos a Aguas Calientes nos estaban esperando para llevarnos al hotel. El desayuno bueno, lo sirven desde las 5 am. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación.
Very clean, spacious and had a private bathroom with hot showers, towels, soap and shampoo provided
in a somewhat random location but near the train station which was nice
The staff was kind and accommodating, the breakfast is great and starts early, they allowed me to store my luggage until I left, and wait in the lobby, which was much appreciated!
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The room was very small with a window facing the hallway, so no natural light. It is also rather noisy, so you can hear everyone in the rooms around you and those passing in the hallway.
Never stayed here. Booked through booking.com but when we came here there was no room available. They asked us to cancel the booking which would mean money would be transferred of the creditcard. Eventually i don’t think anything is charged, which is good.
They don’t seem to have a good administration with booking. It was all very confusing and frustrating after the salkantay trek.

AC unit wasn't working. Hot water wasn't hot and didn't allow for a good shower. TV wasn't working well (but got fixed).
Close to everything. Held our bags for the day. Friendly staff. Convenient.
So so so noisy and no windows.
