Great base for the canyon
Pros:

The very helpful receptionist set us up with a last minute tour to Colca Canyon which was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Tea available in reception

Buona soluzione e ottima colazione
Pros:

Struttura pulita e accogliente. Colazione a buffet molto buona e varia, con un’ampia scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del terrazzino.

Cons:

Un aspetto da tenere in considerazione è l’assenza di riscaldamento e climatizzatore, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. In camera era presente solamente una piccola stufetta, che purtroppo nel nostro caso non funzionava. Il phon in camera non c'è, ma è disponibile su richiesta presso la reception.

Pros:

Chambre plutôt spacieuse, et a environ 5 min à pied de la place centrale. Le lit est très confortable
Le personnel est très agréable

Cons:

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien et il faut attendre quelques minutes avant que l'eau soit chaude.
Il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre et le petit chauffage d'appoint ne fonctionnait pas

Hacía frio en las habitaciones, pero como en todos los hoteles en la zona. Hay una pequeña estufa en cada habitación.

Alojamiento muy céntrico, cómodo y buena calidad precio. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno es completo.

Con un po’ di sforzo si può migliorare.
Pros:

Posizione strategica, personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

Qui occorre lavorare sull’acqua della doccia. Per due sere siamo stati costretti a fare la doccia fredda. Non va molto bene.

Camera confortevole e pulita, accesso all’hotel un po’ scomodo
Pros:

Camera pulita, dotata di stufetta e con acqua calda sempre disponibile, cosa non così scontata in Perù. Il letto era comodo e tutto era in ordine. La colazione era nella norma. Un po’ particolare, invece, il sistema di accesso all’hotel: per entrare è necessario che ci sia sempre qualcuno alla reception ad aprire la porta, cosa che soprattutto in tarda serata potrebbe risultare poco comoda.
