Me gustó mucho la atención y el apoyo que me brindaron al llegar antes de tiempo por razones de fuerza mayor. Las señoritas qe atienden son muy amables y el desayuno estuvo delicioso.
Tuve problemas con el wifi, no llegaba buena señal al piso en el que me encontraba.
Beautiful view, convenient to get to the Plaza, very clean.The staff don't speak in English so it should be taken into account. Basic knowledge of Spanish is preferred
The water is cold and you need to wait up to 5 minutes or becomes warm
Situé proche de la gare routière,chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner servit de bonne heure permettant de partir en randonnée ou en excursion. ,proximité du centre , vue sur les montagnes et volcans ,le tout entouré d’un personnel sympathique et compétent

Y la ubicación, estaba cerca de todo, tanto de la plaza donde poder cambiar dinero, comer o comprar cosas, como de la terminal de buses para ir a los baños termales de Yanke
Tenía poca cobertura de wifi en la habitación 😅
La ubicación era buena, el desayuno completo y el precio económico.
La ducha, el frío del edificio y el personal de recepción.
Pedimos un calefactor porque en la habitación no había y nos dieron uno roto. Nos pusieron pegas para cambiarlo. Ducharse fue imposible, la ducha estaba rota y se mojó todo el cuarto del baño, no tenía cortina.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Chivay. The staff are incredible; kind, generous & welcoming! Daniela is exceptional. She provided us with a tremendous amount of information about the region & is incredibly kind. The rooms are bright and clean. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Schimmel im Bad u vor dem Bad. Duschkopf hat überall hingespritzt, vorallem auf die Decke im Bad. Kein richtiger Wasserdruck u kein warmes Wasser
