Muy buena, recomiento!
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato del personal, excelente!! Nos fueron a buscar a la estación de tren y a la vuelta del machupichu nos estaban esperando con nuestro equipaje en la estación también. El desayuno estuvo bien, lo necesario para afrontar el día. La ubicación también está muy bien, muy buenas vistas.

Cons:

No me gustó que el WiFi no llegaba a la habitación, no podíamos usar los celulares, ni conectar la TV. Por suerte solo estuvimos una noche, sino sería imposible.

Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos, cama bastante confortável. Pude guardar a mala antes do check-in e depois do check-out, o elevador e a água quente na torneira da pia.

na verdade não gostei de nada

Cons:

Foi uma total propaganda enganosa, nada haver com as fotos que mostrava, o hall de entrada era horrível, com um frigobar enferrujado, o banheiro do hall era horrível. Nos quartos a janela dava pra uma parede, e cheirava movo as camas, o chuveiro saia a água toda espalhada, e o vaso sanitário ficou mas de 3 horas de madrugada fazendo barulho e não parava. Não vi o rio até agora...

Bem localizado e confortável.
Pros:

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo da área dos banhos termais e cachoeira. Tem uma vista muito bacana no salão para café da manhã. O quarto atendeu as expectativas.

Cons:

Um ponto comum em todos os hotéis que fui no Peru eram as tomadas. Nem todas funcionam para tomadas brasileiras.

Equipe atenciosa. Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã servido bem cedinho e com variedade. Estávamos em oito e providenciaram os quartos como pedimos. Tudo foi muito bom.

A localização do GPS não está correta. Como é um pequeno pueblo, as pessoas nas ruas nos indicaram o local. Povo atencioso.
