Beautiful and friendly hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel in a quiet area of Huaraz, yet close enough to the city center to easily walk in 10 minutes. The entire staff was superb. Great customer service, always aiming to please. The hotel is modern, very clean, breakfast was great, the room spacious, shower hot with plentiful water pressure. We stayed here 7 days prior to our Huayhuash trek while acclimating to the altitude, then 1 day after. We would definitely choose Hotel Cordillera again!

Cons:

My only complaint was both stays the remote for the TV was missing in the room. When enquiring about the remote, we were given a remote for another room, but it wasn’t synced to our TV. The first stay we finally received the correct remote, the second stay we gave up.

סך הכל אחלה מקום לשים את הראש נקי,הייתי נשאר עוד כמה לילות אבל המחיר היה גבוה מדי.
Pros:

סגרתי מראש 2 לילות ראשונים בהווארז,מלון נחמד מאוד נקי מסודר באזור שקט טיפה רחוק ברגל מהפלאזה אבל לא קריטי נוף של ההרים מהחלון,עשיתי גם כביסה בתשלום,היו מים חמים במקלחת תמיד,באמת לא צריך יותר מזה.

Cons:

רק עובדת אחת מכל הצוות ידעה אנגלית.
לא היה כספת או מקרר בחדר הראשון שהייתי.
בצד אחד של הבניין משפצים והיה תלוי מין כלי שעובדים איתו שדפק ועשה רעש כל היום והלילה,אחרי הלילה הראשון התלוננתי והעבירו אותי מיד לצד השני,שם היה חדר שקט וגם היה כספת ומקרר בו (תבקשו חדר בצד שמול המעלית)
הבידוד רעשים גרוע ושומעים כל רעש/דיבור מהמסדרון/חדרים סמוכים,הדלתות ממש רועשות בסגירה.
ארוחת הבוקר די פשוטה סטנדרטית ומשעממת (לא ישבתי לאכול אפילו פעם אחת)

Confortable, mais service à revoir
Pros:

J’ai pu réaliser un check in à 6h du matin, sans avoir à régler une nuit supplémentaire.
Ils m’ont préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter car je partais tôt le matin.

Cons:

J’ai du changer de chambre à 21h suite à une fuite d’eau, présente déjà depuis 2 jours.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement, très peu de choix.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Top Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu (in den oberen Stockwerken wird noch gebaut, tagsüber, nicht störend).
Die Lage gegenüber eines kleinen Parks in einer ruhigen Gegend, ca. 7-8 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und mit einigen guten Lokalen/Restaurants in der Nähe ist hervorragend.
Mein Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß.
Frühstück landesüblich und gut mit einiger Auswahl.
Das alles wird aber nochmals übertroffen von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten- Danke dafür!

Bauarbeiten im oberen stock, Lärmbelastung. Bad mangelhaft gereinigt, Staub im Zimmerboden set beginn. Warmwasser nicht durchgehend, war für *** zu erwarten ist

Pros:

Pasamos un par de noches en este hotel. La habitación y el baño eran bastante amplios y muy limpios. El personal muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento.
