Lovely hotel has everything you need!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everything was excellent. Comfortable, modern room with everything you need. Secure parking. Delicious breakfast! Nice location near center of town. Highly recommend!

Could be better
Pros:

The rooms were very good, spacious, there was space for luggage. The staff were nice, except for one.
Noises were heard from the corridor.

Cons:

Breakfast was really simple. The first morning for four people we got a small bowl of fruit, the rest of the breakfasts, just an omelette and two small rolls and tea or coffee, there was no choice of tea one morning they even forgot to bring it. We stayed a few nights, we even chose to go out to a cafe to eat

Muy bonito, lo recomendamos
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y atento. Llegamos en el único vuelo y nos dieron antes la habitación, tenían servicio de room service, la comida muy rica, el cuarto amplio, cómodo y limpio. Nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

Como recomendación deberían mejorar el desayuno, quizás incluir ensalada de frutas, panqueques. Además, por la calidad-precio también deberían incluir el traslado al aeropuerto.

Nice hotel, good location
Pros:

The staff was kind and friendly, rooms clean and cosy, good location

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic (juice, eggs with cheese and ham, bread, jam and butter) and the walls are very thin, we could hear people talk in the hallway and in the rooms next to us

Hôtel moderne et très agréable, bien situé.
Pros:

Personnel adorable, ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible avec chaleur et sourire permanent. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont très agréables et modernes (comme la salle de bain) et la vue sur les glaciers est top! Un chauffage est donné sur demande mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car il fait bon dans la chambre.Bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à quelques minutes de la place centrale. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Nous recommandons ! Il aurait été bien qu'une bouilloire et un petit frigo soient présents dans la chambre par rapport au standing de l'hôtel.

Hotel recomendadísimo
Pros:

Me gustó sin duda la atención del personal del hotel.
La limpieza perfecta y el desayuno, si bien no es buffet, yo lo considero más que aceptable, no se necesita desayunar comiendo grandes cantidades, lo veo perfecto.
La ubicación está bastante bien, aunque no es céntrico, pero no se puede ir caminando sin problemas hasta la Plaza de Armas en poco tiempo.
Recomiendo el hotel sin lugar a dudas, yo desde luego repetiría.

Todo fue perfecto, así que no hay nada que no me gustara.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable throughout. What stood out the most was the extremely kind and helpful service – the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if I get the chance!
