Highly recommend staying at IntiRumi if you are in the Huaraz area.
Pros:

We were very happily surprised when we discovered IntiRumi. The rooms are large and bright, the beds are very comfortable, there is a beautiful garden, but most of all everyone we met that works at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. They also have a chef that cooks amazing meals (he makes his own bread!). We felt at home during 3 nights.

Un lugar diferente, tranquilo, con todo lo que necesitas para ir a pasear.
Pros:

todos fueron muy amables, nos enseñaron el lugar, el chef nos dio un tour por la huerta, comimos manzanas de lahuerta. Cuando llegamos estábamos un poco en termos y nos prepararon te, y una sopa para buenos sintiéramos mejor, todo con productos de l huerta, pudimos relajarnos y descansar para salir a pasear al dia siguiente. Nos trataron muy bien.

Pros:

We loved our 6 night stay at Intirumi! Would certainly recommend. Felt like staying with family. The nicest place we’ve ever stayed at in Peru. Loved the food, the cocktails on Friday and Saturday are well worth the trip, relaxed in the garden, enjoyed some really nice excursions and Kelly even went with us to show us the way in the beautiful surroundings. Missing it!

Estancia aceptable, pero mucho por mejorar y corregir

Cons:

Solo tres platos en la carta, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, muy poco personal. Bulla de la cancha de grasa sintético al lado de la propiedad

Pros:

Kelly helped us a lot, arranging taxis and making sure we had something to eat, even when we had to leave early. The place is beautiful and clean. The chef was very good!

Cons:

The location is not really walking distance to the town and with a lot of street dogs in the area.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful guesthouse. Food was awesome. Kelly was a wonderful host and Thomas provided excellent dinners. Just sorry we only spent two nights there.
