Hotel céntrico y muy tranquilo
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la cercanía a la plaza de Armas, está en un boulevar muy tranquilo y sin el ruido de las motos que circulan por toda la ciudad . Es un hotel bastante limpio,nuevo, con aire acondicionado y desayuno buffet desde las 6 de la mañana. Las encargadas de recepción son bastante atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudarte!

Fantástico hotel
Pros:

Tienen recogida gratuita en el aeropuerto, llegamos muy temprano y nos dejaron desayunar mientras terminaban nuestra habitación. Un desayuno buenísimo y completísimo. Tuvieron la habitación antes de lo previsto y pudimos descansar un poco, un detallazo por su parte. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y predispuestas a ayudarnos en todo. Nos guardaron las maletas 5 días mientras estábamos fuera sin ningún coste. Las vistas de la azotea son preciosas, no dejéis de ver el amanecer.

La cama era cómoda, el buffet del desayuno estaba muy completo y el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel sin ningún tipo de coste está muy bien.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones diferentes y en ambas tuvimos problemas. En una de ellas se formaba un charco enorme si encendíamos el aire acondicionado y en la otra no había agua caliente. Además, al estar una de ellas en la planta baja, nos encontramos una rana pequeña en la ducha y una cucaracha gigante en la cama mientras estábamos durmiendo.

Ofrece muchos servicios gratuitos como la consigna de equipaje durante varios días y el traslado desde y hasta el alojamiento. El personal es muy atento y esta dispuesto a ayudar
