Beautiful and peaceful stay in the middle of the jungle.
Pros:

We loved everything about IAL. Location, service, cleanliness, nature, monkeys, birds, flowers . We felt like we were home.

A home away from home. Art, nature, books, and a great vibe. A must stay in Lamas.
Pros:

We got a room with a beautiful view of Escalera Mountain Range. The sunsets were spectacular. The room, and the lodge in general is full of art pieces that give a unique touch to the property. Ah! they have an amazing library where you can spend time reading about history, art, ethnobotany, etc. All with an impressive view of the landscape. Breakfast was excellent with home-made bread and jam(!).

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything.

Unique paradise
Pros:

A lower jungle paradise, with comfortable beds, hot water and a good breakfast. The host was incredibly helpful and showed us her gallery and artwork, really interesting. She also helped us with getting transport around. Incredible views. Thank you!

Cons:

A balance for getting incredible views is that the location is a bit of a walk/ tuk tuk out of the centre of town.

Great place to be close to nature, to relax and disconnect!
Pros:

It was a beautiful place very natural. The view was spectacular. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and well attended to and if you needed anything Gabriella was very attentive and her breakfasts were delicious! Perfect place to disconnect. Would love to visit again.
