Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Los mosquitos son insoportables y las habitaciones no tienen mosquitero. Asimismo, el ingreso (vinimos por la trocha) fue bastante accidentado, deberían avisar a los huéspedes que camino tomar. Cuando llegamos trabajadores estaban cortando ramas con espinas, casi tirándolas encima del auto, sin cuidado al ver que estamos pasando, podrían habernos indicado que había una mejor ruta, pero nada. La llegada fue muy accidentada y eso de por sí perjudica la experiencia.

El último día la piscina tenía muchas moscas muertas, muy incómodo

La conectividad a Internet muy mala y caída del servidor de Cable!!!

Beautiful hotel with lot of activities and amazing staff.
Pros:

Beautiful Hacienda with a lot of charm. The staff was really incredible and super helpful all the time. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Jesus for your welcoming.

Estancia buena pero a la vez con preocupación

La piscina muy buena aunque la de niños demasiado caliente, no estaba temperada

Cons:

Desde el primer día que estuvimos encontramos varias arañas y de esas que si te pican pueden causar un gran daño sobre todo a los niños, nunca nos dijeron cual es su plan de emergencia en caso picaduras de araña o si tenían algún antídoto, teniendo en cuanta que la hacienda queda bastante adentro.
