Pros:

Excelente atención! El personal de recepción fue amable, respetuoso y siempre dispuesto a resolver mis consultas. Todo el personal del hotel con los que tuve contacto fueron muy cordiales y atentos. Además, el desayuno estuvo rico. Agradesco al hotel por hacer mi estadia agradable.

muito fraco, não condiz com o que está descrito no booking
Cons:

localização boa, porém muito barulho cedo da manhã, antes das 7 da manhã, mas muito barulho. Café da manhã muito fraco, além do horário ser somente das 7 as 9, muito limitado. limpeza do quarto somente até as 12 hrs.

This hotel compared to North American hotels would be better statused as a 2 star hotel.
Pros:

Staff and Location in Arequipa both very good.

Cons:

Why charge extra for a late checkout? 90 sol to stay another hour past 11 am seemed petty, specially considering that every hotel I've stayed at and asked for a late checkout, if available was free.
