They need to print new menus as the restaurant. Beach access is coral so be prepared that you won’t be on the lawn chair on the beach.

La Wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien

Le rapport qualité prix. Comme il n’y a que deux hôtels sur l’île, l’hôtel applique un prix exorbitant par rapport aux prestations. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment catastrophique en terme de service et de nourriture. Les plats sont vraiment basiques, mal cuits, sans goût et très très chers, les cocktails sont imbuvables .Pour le petit déjeuner, si vous arrivez après 7h, il ne reste plus rien. Un des pires petits déjeuner de notre séjour. Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire des commentaires mais il faut que les gens soient prévenus…
La navette pour l’aéroport n’est même pas comptée dans le prix, ils vous facturent plus de 2000francs pour 1km de trajet. Prenez un taxi ne vous faites pas avoir.

The bengalows have no windows, only shutters so there was a lot of mosquitoes.. (we are now covered by mosquitoes bites, despite having applied a lot of protection)

The staff is quite unfriendly and globally not helpful at all. It’s a shame for a location that pretends to be a 3 star hotel, and that cost around $400 a night.

The food is also bad and risky (we did not try to eat anything else than pastas as we heard various people around us talking about indigestion).

The list of bad things is very long, it’s for sure easier to talk about things was right as this list is empty.

The breakfast was bad, the rooms had a lot
of dirt and moisture marks.
The bike rental is very expensive, and bikes are in very poor condition.

At least you have to be very careful about the bill : they tried to charge us some food during a day we were away (at a diving excursion..) they also tried to charge us extra costs on the (already expensive) bike rental.

If you choose to go there anyway, you should definitely rent a car (they don’t accept to rent bike at night) so you will be able to eat outside of the hotel.

Dated rooms with old linens and shower curtain. Construction noise as they work on some of the rooms during the day. Food was ok, not great. Weak wifi in central area, no wifi in garden rooms. Bed is two uneven singles pushed together.
