Pros:

Building was Nice and Clean
Hotels and Food Options

Cons:

1- Called for Tea Many times at Night but didn't served
2- Resturant are just behind was on 4th Floor, too many loud sounds from Resturants.
3- Breakfast serving time was after 8:30 am,as staff said shift starts from 8:00 am. How can a person wait for breakfast if he came here from buisness trip or any official commitment.
4- At start they said Complementary Water, but in Bill they charge for it.
5- Need to improve customer service at Counter.

There are multiple hotels of this chain like, Hotel Supreme, Breeze, crown but this was the most low with customer service.

Pros:

Liked all facilities. Clean, atmosphere, nice amenities overall. Helping staff. Plus breakfast in room was also good quantity. Very very good value for the money.

Cons:

There was no lift, we got rooms on 3rd floor
