Pros:

Only location was good.

Cons:

The reception staff in the morning were very rude and lied multiple times regarding the taxi booking. The taxi took more than 30 mins to come where as the initial time for the taxi to come was only 10 mins. Everytime I asked they always gave me a new excuse for the delay.

The house keeping staff pushes you to leave a comment on google mentioning their names even if they have not done anything.

The reception area and the ground floor seems like you are in mall or market because of all the restaurants and shops. Don't give a hotel vibe.

The windows are not tinted. There is alot of public on the main road which can see inside the room. Lack of privacy.

ROOM WAS TOO NOISY ~ Singing noises from back side plaza (Chai Khana) at 2am might night were too loud.

The housekeeping guy Imran, the youngster Sher Badshah and Mahnoor at the reception were very professional and excellent
