Pros:

Great location, clean room. Liked the facilities available like the thai massage and the spa. Cute set up over all.

Cons:

Staff needs to be trained more in the breakfast area. They are friendly and try to accommodate but perhaps overburdened and undertrained.
Breakfast can be improved. Tea counter should have hot milk.
A staff member entered our room while we were sleeping. They need to be told that if a guest isn't opening the door, they are not supposed to open it and enter. It was a bit traumatic and felt unsafe.

The staff was very polite and helpful .

Cons:

The intercom/handset in our family room was never getting through to room service or main reception line, always ended up going on recording.. the issue was however addressed by day second but and we were given assurance for it to be fixed but the kept recurring . This inconvenience made our stay pretty unpleasant considering a family staying can require frequent request for room service or house keeping .

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was OK but not bad. They had lots of shops in the hotel so it was like a little mall and so much fun to look at.

I liked everything it was nice and just like it said Big and Roomy
