Great location, nice staff, nice food
Pros:

Swimming pool was chlorinated which was nice as some aren’t, also close to the main strip. Staffs were really nice too and loved their job.

Agréable séjour proche de la vieille ville au calme. La piscine est petite mais suffit juste pour se rafraîchir.
Pros:

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Bouteille d’eau à volonté. Très bonne situation géographique pour atteindre à pied la vieille ville.

Cons:

La carte du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus étoffée. Car ce n’est pas un buffet et il faut choisir un menu et une seule boisson sinon il faut payer en plus.

Prison cell room
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly when you saw them

Cons:

My room was a complete letdown, resembled a prison cell and had the comfort of one. The bed was as hard as stone, then noise from the air conditioning, and the unit outside my room made it hard to sleep, along with where it was positioned, right next to the stairs, where the kids at 7: 30 going for breakfast made a racket, if you stay there, ask them not to put you in room 1103

Bom custo-benefício, staff simpáticos!
Pros:

Localização ok, distância a pé (para quem gosta de caminhar) da Old City. Opções de restaurantes/cafes/massagens/7-eleven próximos. Cama confortável, quarto arrumado.

Cons:

Achei o ar condicionado do quarto um pouco fraco. Se precisa trabalhar durante a viagem, o quarto possui apenas uma mesa pequena e um sofá baixo, o que não facilita em questão de conforto.

Hôtel très agréable !
Pros:

L’hôtel est juste à côté du centre de Chiang Mai et à 15 minutes à pied du night bazaar.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, il est à la carte.
La chambre était grande et propre avec 2 salles de bain.

La piscine est très agréable après la journée de balades/excursions.

L’eau fraîche à disposition, c’est très appréciable.

Le personnel est très disponible pour organiser les excursions, répondre aux questions.

Cons:

L’insonorisation, il faut prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles.
