Really loved our stay in this little Oasis!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very homey vibe, really felt like coming home, so much love is put in to the place woth many little details, nice sitting area in the lobby, great location!

Pros:

Great value for money! Comfortable cozy rooms with a lovely private balcony and a hot shower. Nice and quiet, yet just a short walk from the city centre. Loads of great breakfast spots within easy walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Pros:

The staff is very kind and friendly.
Great location - close to the old town and night bazaar.
Very good value for money.

Cons:

It's near a construction site, so there's a bit of noise during the day.
The room has some annoying noises, but with earplugs it was alright.
You cant make it absolutely dark in the morning

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, with wooden floor and balcony on 2 sides. Comfortable bed and good quiet aircon. Fresh towels, drinking water and toilet paper roll every day. Excellent location close to night bazaar and old town, main attractions in walking range. At the same time it was quiet at night, even though I was on the 2nd floor (could have been even better on upper floors probably).

Cons:

It exceeded my expectations, for the price I paid could not expect nothing more. If anything - the shower head attachment would have been adjustable so all toilet would not become wet while showering. But that's just a minor fault :)

Pros:

Die Lage fanden wir perfekt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist schön und es gab viele individuelle Lichtquellen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Handtücher rochen sehr frisch und sauber. Es gab eine Musikbox. Sollte man gerne hart liegen und unempfindlich bei lauten Geräuschen sein, ist dieser Ort eine gute Wahl.

Cons:

Man muss sich der oft erwähnten Geräusche bewusst sein. Wir hatten vorab von der Geräuschkulisse der Wasserpumpe gelesen und dachten, so schlimm kann es nicht sein. Da hatten wir uns getäuscht. Jede Wasserentnahme im Haus führt zum mindestens achtmaligen Anspringen der Pumpe, man kann die Vibration im Bett spüren, das Pumpgeräusch hören, welches mit einem lauten Knall beendet wird (kein metallisches Klicken) und wir wurden trotz sehr guter Ohrenstöpsel jedes Mal geweckt, wenn jemand nachts auf Klo musste oder spät abends duschte etc. Zudem war das Bett leider viel zu hart und das Schlafsofa nicht als solches zu gebrauchen. Trotz der lieben Leute würden wir darum niemals wieder buchen.
