Séjour confortable et pratique
Pros:

Hôtel propre, lit confortable et chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Personnel disponible et réactif. Le check-in se fait soi-même avec des explications très claires, ce qui est vraiment pratique.

Cons:

L’emplacement est assez isolé, ce qui peut convenir si vous cherchez du calme, mais moins pratique pour le reste.

Pros:

The check in process is super smooth, they will send you message in advance. Mainly all rooms has a balcony, so you can sit at balcony enjoy the view. The towels are clean and smelled super nice. My room has a fridge, and in that fridge, there's bottled water in there.

Cons:

The door to the rooms were all wooden and hard to open at times. The location is in a narrow alley, but it's definitely fine, calling grab car or grab bike is super convenient.

เราไปวันฝนตก โชคร้ายหน่อยวันนัั้น ทางขึ้นแคบมาก ฝนตกสุดๆ รู้สึกไม่มีใครมาช่วยเลย เจ้าของตอบช้านิดนึง ถามเกี่ยวกับร่มไม่ได้คำตอบ ไฟดับอีก ถ้ามาวันปกติอาจจะรู้สึกอีกแบบ แต่วันนั้นเหมือนถูกทิ้งอยู่คนเดียวมากค่ะ

Very comfortable and private space that had the luxuries of a hotel with the vibe of an apartment!
Pros:

I liked that it was a self-check in and out through a lockbox, they left detailed information as well as a helpful email to access the room. The comfort of the room and all its amenities were wonderfully thought out for a traveler's needs. I enjoyed the local neighborhood feel.

Cons:

It was a bit loud due to its vicinity to the airport, but no flights after 10pm so not that bad. It was a bit far from the main city of Chiang Mai so if you don't rent a scooter or have a car, you'll have a long walk or need to take Uber or Bolt to get to and from the city center.

Downstairs room is fine but upstairs was not up to par
Pros:

I like the self check in and I had previously stayed in the downstairs' room and enjoyed it.

Cons:

But this time I was upstairs and the room felt claustrophobic. The walls are quite thin so I could hear the guests in the next room. There is also not much light coming in and the bathroom smelled a bit like sewer. I think it would be ok for less money a night. Pity because it otherwise would be fine. I like that it's not in w touristy area and feels more authentic.

Pros:

Lovely comfortable, clean room with own balcony.

Situated nearer to the airport, so perfect for layovers.

Cons:

Grab needed to get into the town, however this is not really an issue!

Was a little tricky to find the owner and my room but managed this within 5 mins, so no problem at all!
