Relaxare binemeritată și binecuvântată!
Pros:

Toate mesele au fost excepționale! Personalul extrem de amabil! Patul a fost mai îngust, dar nu ne-a afectat bună dispoziție.

Cons:

Apa din bazine a fost calduta spre rece , nu la temperatura optima din alți ani. Din aceasta cauza nu am putut sa stam in bazinele exterioare.

Mi a plăcut pentru ca a fost liniște
Patul destul de confortabil
Mi au plăcut piscinele și tratamentul pe care l am făcut.

Cons:

Nu mi a plăcut in primul rand pentru ca nu ne făceau Curățenie in cameră.Camera este plina de praf,nu au șters praful nu au dat cu aspiratorul cât am stat 7 zile acolo.Am rugat sa ne schimbe halatele pentru ca erau ude si miroseau nu au vrut sa ni le schimbe.
Întrat in cameră zilnic însă ne schimba coșul si ne puneau hârtie igienica, atât.😔😔Cu siguranță nu voi mai veni la acest hotel!Mai este si hotel de 4 stele!

Good breakfast, with generous displayto choose from, plenty of hot drinks from the dispensers, coffee, tea, hot chocolate , also bottled water. Also, special commendations go to the medical and nursing team from the treatment centre, very professional and polite, we are already planning to return next year!

repetitive menu at dinner , otherwise good tasty dishes, especially Romanian traditional food that was offered on the etnic night

Cu toate ca știam ce voi găsi, am rămas plăcut surprins de ce am găsit:variante plăcute de petrecut timpul,multitudine feluri de mâncare și băuturi alcoolice și răcoritoare precum și întreținerea curățeniei. La un nivel ridicat a fost ospitalitatea și organizarea activităților desfășurate pe timpul sejurului.
