Cons:

The hotel is far away from 4 star. All the furniture is old, carpet is destroyed, I wanted to open the fridge located in a cupboard under the TV and I literally remained with the cabinet knob in my hand while trying to open it. I really recommend a renovation very fast!

Also the reception lady tried to trick us, when we arrived on Saturday afternoon she told us we need to pay 15 lei extra per person for bathrobes and pool shoes, while upstairs in the room they were already a pair for each guest in the bathroom. Actually when we left the next day morning the other stuff guy told us is nothing on top to pay, as we booked and paid the reservation through booking.com

Pros:

Hotelul cu dotări bune, aproape de centru, un mare plus pentru piscina, jacuzzi și saună, am avut halat și papuci în cameră deși la telefon au zis că la camera de 3 stele nu sunt incluse. Am servit și prânzul acolo, mâncarea a fost foarte bună.

Cons:

Micul dejun putea fii mai variat și mai cantitativ. Am nimerit cu un grup de sportivi și din păcate au reumplut foarte greu. Fotoliile destul de inconfortabile, bune doar de pus geanta sau hainele, chiar dacă am avut camera de 3 stele cred că merge o investiție pentru modernizare.

very nice place to stay and enjoy heated outdoor pool during cold weather
Pros:

The heated outdoor pool is fantastic and you can use all year round, there is also good spa zone and the breakfast was good, on-site restaurant and free parking in front of the hotel are making your stay quite comfortable

Cons:

The personnel in spa was missing sometimes, you need to ask reception to check the availability of bathrobes at spa zone.

Pros:

Personalul amabil, piscina curata, camera curata si spatioasa

Cons:

Aerul conditionat este foarte vechi si nu racore aproape deloc.
Clanta usii era rupta, iti ramanea in mana daca nu erai atent.
Personalul a permis copiilor sa sara in piscina timp de o ora desi in regulamentul piscinei era interzis acest lucru, iar ceilalti clienti erau vizibil deranjati.

Das Bad mit Vorhang ,
Vorhänge sind zu lange, ist so nicht elegant.

Totul foarte vechi, hotelul avea 4 stele probabil prin 2010, acum nu i as da nici 3 stele.
