Pros:

All good except payments and administration

Cons:

Paid whole stay price during check-in in local currency. During check-out hotel administrator asked for additional pay for city tax, even though it was included into the booking and already paid. After that she asked for another additional payment because of local currency to euro exchange rate change during our stay (3 nights) - this is madness, because I ve already paid full sum and any exchange rate changes cannot affect the price, since the full sum is paid. I m wondering if she would offer a refund in case exchange rate change would be in my favor. Absolute madness 🤪

Bigg thank you to the hotel especially Vladimir and Svetlana who made our little daughter quite happy with the attention
Pros:

It was very kids friendly from service in the restaurant and treatment of staff to having enough kids chairs, kids selection for dinner etc. They were quite fast to provide help or pick up any request and facilities are amazing

Cons:

The only thing we noticed that depending on the cook there was a slight difference in variety of meals and way they were spiced. Of course this might be to also provide variety but I recommend always going more neutral so spices can be added

Prelepa terasa.. udobni kreveti u sobama. Jako ukusna hrana i predivno osoblje.

Cons:

Za naš ukus malo je hladnija voda u bazenu.
I takodje mislim da bi bilo potrebno malo uložiti u dečiju igraonicu.

Pros:

The room size was definitely one of the biggest advantages of our stay. It was very spacious and comfortable, which was especially appreciated when traveling as a family. However, one point worth mentioning is that there was no coffee machine available in the room, which is something we would normally expect from a property advertised as 5 stars.

The dinner and breakfast package included in our stay was a plus, with a good variety of options available. The food was enjoyable and there was enough choice for both adults and children. That said, while the selection was good, the overall dining experience still did not quite reach the standard one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

The spa area was average overall, it was acceptable, but it did not feel at the level one would expect from a property of this category.

Overall, the stay had a few strong points, particularly the generous room size and the meal package, but the hotel does not currently meet the standards expected from a 5-star property.

Cons:

One disappointing point was that the kids’ spa area was not open during our stay( we found out at the arrivel). This was particularly frustrating, as it was one of the reasons we chose the accommodation.

The playground also needs attention. It appears old and some parts are broken, which made it feel somewhat unsafe for children. For families, this is an important area that should be properly maintained.

In general, although the property is marketed as a 5-star hotel, it feels rather dated and old-fashioned. Unfortunately, the room also had a noticeable build-up of dust, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness.

Another downside was the cigarette smell present throughout the hallways and common areas. In addition, allowing smoking in the bar area located directly above the playground is, in our view, not appropriate, especially considering families with children using the space below
