Great place, but not for work online.
Pros:

All was exceptionally good. People, hotel environment, spa was amazing, as well as food.

Cons:

To be a 5 star hotel, and to have a normal WiFi, in my opinion is unexplainable. That is the basic point for any hotel or restaurant.
As i was trying to work from hotel but that was not possible as internet connection was extremely poor or connection was not there.
Next time i would not come here only because of the WiFi, as it is essential for my work.
Paying the premium experience and not having basic internet is huge disappointment.

Не самая удачная заявка на пафос
Pros:

Отличные завтраки и ужины, хороший SPA

Cons:

У дизайнера отеля полностью отсутствует вкус. Цыганщина какая-то во всем. За оборудованием номеров не следят: светильник возле кровати почти отвалился от стены и никому до этого нет дела. А если гостя током ударит? За окнами идет стройка и с раннего утра стоит шум от строительной техники.

Perfect choice for short break on Zlatibor.
Pros:

SPA i ponuda hrane su odlični

Cons:

Apartman je imao kosine, nigde nisam, ni lošijim hotelima da je plafonjerka pod uglom to je ne prihvatljivo, uz cena je ista kao u normalnom apartmanu sprat ispod.

Пријатан боравак ван сезоне🌺
Pros:

Имали смо веома пријатан боравак на Златибору и заиста смо уживали. Особље је изузетно љубазно, предусретљиво и увек спремно да помогне. Собе су веома уредне, чисте и пријатне, а посебно бисмо похвалили одличан спа центар, у коме смо заиста уживали.

Доручак је био одличан, са добрим избором и квалитетном храном. Што се тиче вечере, претпостављамо да је због мањег броја гостију понуда била нешто скромнија. По нашем мишљењу, када је мањи број гостију у хотелу, боља опција је наручити вечеру преко room service-а или директно из ресторана, јер је тада избор вероватно већи.

Све у свему, веома смо задовољни боравком, уживали смо на Златибору и сигурно ћемо се поново вратити!

Good but not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The wellness is 5 stars and only it. Great swimming pool, great kids waterpark, friendly staff, it was a pleasure.

Cons:

Dated room, torn bed mattress, bad shower.
Dirty indoor playground for kids. The children socks can be thrown away after playing.
Breakfast and dinner good but not excellent, no squeezed orange juice, no fried eggs in front of you, at dinner everything was aready ready, the ćevapčići badly baked, patotoes cold.
