Cons:

Only thing is heating in room ..
They have central heating where u dont have any control over it, temp in room was 26c and that control switch dont realy do nothing as i turn it off and room still same hot
Have to sleep with open window

Lijepo, čisto, spa centar čisto, hrana dobra ...

Cons:

Previše prostora je podređeno djeci, bazen koji je namijenjen za odrasle sve je ali nije to, generalno spa centar bi trebao biti mirniji, cigar bar bi isto trebao biti mjesto isključivo za odrasle jer je u njemu dozvoljeno pušenje. Sve u svemu previse buke, plača i nije hotel za parove srednjih godina bez male djece.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde 3 gün boyunca aynı yemekler vardı.

Cons:

Arkadaşlarımızla yemek yemek için odaya sipariş ettiğimiz siparişimizi restorana aldırdık bunun için iki ayrı ödeme aldılar. Odaya yazılan siparişi restorana aktarmamışlar. Check Out sırasında ödeme aldılar. Yani bir hamburger yiyip Hem restorana ödeme yaptık hem de Check Out sırasında ödeme yaptık, restorana aldıkları ödemeyi bir türlü bulamadılar.

Очень хорошо отдохнули!
Pros:

Очень понравился просторный номер, прекрасная и удобная постель.
Конечно, хороший , чистый теплый бассейн. В первой половине дня практически никого не бывало.
Кафе при бассейне.
От подъемника очень быстро, до центра города минут 7 на авто.
Да, очень интересный видовой ресторан, который медленно вращается. Очень вкусно и так … атмосферно!
В целом отдых был очень комфортный.

Cons:

Уборка, не уверена что убирали номер, даже когда оставляли табличку. Хотя полотенца меняли регулярно.
И еда какие-то неоднозначные впечатления оставила: одни дни было прямо прекрасно, разнообразные блюда, горячие. Другие дни - холодные и невкусные.
Кофе совсем плохой из автомата.

А так очень прекрасно отдохнули!

It was a nice stay in general, good to go during spring or summer
Pros:

SPA and wellness center are excellent! Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel environment is beautiful and the Sky restaurant is majestic with a high quality food and amazing taste

Cons:

The rooms require renovation, no iron in the room, coffee maker is also missed while it usually available a 5-star hotels. The walls in the bathroom were absolutely transparent with only one curtain which doesn’t cover the glass in fact - its very uncomfortable to go to the toilet or shower when you’re with your kids in the room. Also there was a sewage smell in the room on the 0 floor. The breakfast was good more or less, but the dinner which is included in the half-board was not sufficient for a 5-star hotel level, the food looked unpleasant. It seems they save a lot on food.

Cons:

Prostorija sa bazenima za decu je bila prehladna! Kao i voda u bazenima.
Bilo je veoma hladno za decu da provode vreme tu iako su bazeni veoma interesantni.

Hotel u globalu izgleda kao da je nize kategorije. Delovi koji su u radovima po spratovima su zalepljeni najlonima,neugledno potpuno. Sneg nije ociscen na parkingu ISPRED hotela, od auta do ulaza je nebezbedno za hodanje, to je skandalozno za bilo koji hotel, a pogotovu za ovaj sa 5*.
