Razočaravajuće
Pros:

Spa i restoran na vrhu su definitivno za 5 zvezdica.

Cons:

Ostalo, osoblje, dorucak/vecera, soba.. jako razocaravajuce. Ni govora o 5 zvezdica, čak i 4 zvezdica je preambiciozno. Kafa sa aparata, ponuda hrana skromna i klasična, osoblje šutira escajg koji im pada iz ruku, u sobi kablovi sa TVa vise na sve strane, kao u hostelu.. Kada smo stigli, parking attendant ne zainteresovan, niti prilazi autu niti pita bilo šta. Sve u svemu jako razočaravajuće u odnosu na prethodnu posetu iz 2020/2021.

Good hotel, but needs to be renovated and may be we will consider another hotel for the next time.
Pros:

- breakfasts and staff
- cheap underground parking - keep this :)
- the SPA for the kids

Cons:

- We came twice (for the last 2 years), and we can say that the interior needs to be renovated... In the second year, the curtain rod was partly broken; we told the staff, and it was fixed.
- Ventilation in the WC didn't work, and we told the staff, but it still isn't fixed.
- When we were accommodated in the room, on the floor were a kid's cookies under the table from previous guests, and all the other services weren't taken :) The level of room services in 2026 was lower than in 2025.
- In the SPA, the aroma sauna didn't work.

Dolazimo zadnjih 6 godina u pojedinim intervalima u hotel i dosta je opao kvalitete usluga
Pros:

Sobe su prostrane,čiste i kreveti su uglavnom udobni,sem pomoćnog na kojem sam spavala.
Spa i wellnes-voda čista i topla,saune takodje.
Izuzetno održavanje.

Cons:

Nedostatak osoblja za vreme doručka i večere,tanjire niko ne sklanja,ne čiste se stolovi.Sama stuktura gostiju se promenila,uzima ss previše hrane koje se ne pojede.Pri tome se uvecava i broj tanjira i casa.
Deca uzimaju prstima hranu i prosipaju po podu
