Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. It wax excellent value as the price included breakfast which was superb. It was a shirt walk to the centre where there was a vibrant Cafe culture.

Cons:

It smelled of smoke as people were smoking in the cafe/restaurant which didn't appear to be uncommon in Serbia.

Awful!
Pros:

Location is decent. Free parking in front of the building is convenient.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of imagination. Carpet in the room was covered in stains! Towels are thin, old, discoloured and feel like sanding paper. This hotel does not have an iron/board for guests. Ironing service is allegedly available during morning hours.

Pros:

Clean rooms and bathroom.very nice staff.new furniture and equipment.

Cons:

There is no foreign language TV channel.there is no kettle in the room and they could not even give me one. breakfast is à la carte and it doesn’t say anywhere.
