Bella esperienza nel deserto, oasi con sorgente e laghetto dove è possibile fare il bagno, pernottamento in tenda berbera con ottima cena e colazione... Cosa volere di più?

Cons:

Authentic desert stay, great food and activities, but disappointing payment experience.

Son emplacement au cœur du désert offre une expérience vraiment authentique. La source d’eau chaude se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. La nourriture était bonne et traditionnelle, et voir le pain préparé de manière traditionnelle, directement sur le sable chaud, était une expérience vraiment originale et agréable.

L’expérience en quad était également très amusante. Il était aussi possible de faire une balade à dos de chameau pour admirer le lever du soleil, moyennant un supplément. L’hébergement est facile à trouver et l’équipe était réactive et disponible via le chat.

The location right in the middle of the desert gives you a genuinely authentic experience. The hot spring is only about a 2-minute walk away, which is a great bonus. The food was tasty and traditional, and seeing the bread being cooked in the traditional way directly on the hot sand was a really interesting experience.

The quad biking was also great fun, and there was the option to ride camels to watch the sunrise for an additional cost. The property was easy to find, and the staff were responsive and helpful through the chat.

En revanche, les lits étaient très durs et, comme nous étions à l’intérieur de la tente, il n’y avait ni ventilateur ni autre moyen de rafraîchir la chambre, ce qui était assez inconfortable.

Nous avons également eu un problème au moment du paiement. On nous avait confirmé via le chat de Booking.com que nous pouvions payer en livres sterling, ce qui était très pratique pour nous. Nous avions donc préparé le montant exact en livres. Au moment de notre départ, lorsque nous avons donné l’argent, le personnel a commencé à vérifier les billets et à discuter entre eux, ce qui nous a mis très mal à l’aise, comme s’ils doutaient de leur authenticité.

Ils nous ont ensuite soudainement indiqué qu’ils n’acceptaient finalement que les euros ou les dinars. Nous leur avons montré la conversation sur Booking.com dans laquelle il était clairement confirmé que le paiement en livres sterling était accepté, mais ils ont malgré tout refusé. Ils ont même appelé quelqu’un pour vérifier, mais la réponse est restée la même.

Nous n’avions pas suffisamment d’argent liquide dans une autre devise et nous n’avions que des livres sterling. Nous avons donc perdu environ 20 minutes avant de pouvoir partir. C’était assez gênant et particulièrement embêtant, car nous avions des projets prévus pour la journée et nous avons pris du retard à cause de cette situation.

On the other hand, the beds were very hard and, as we were staying inside a tent, there was no fan or any other way to cool the room, which made it quite uncomfortable.

We also had an issue with the payment. We had been clearly told through the Booking.com chat that we could pay in pounds, which was very convenient for us. We therefore prepared the exact amount in pounds. However, when we gave them the money at checkout, the staff started checking the notes and discussing it between themselves, which made us feel very uncomfortable, acting as if they suspected the money was fake or something.

Nous avons tout aimé .. Ali est une personne au grand cœur présent pour ses hôtes. À la disposition à n’importe quel moment magnifique, il nous a raconté des histoires vraiment une expérience inoubliable.

Bagno termale bel deserto fra le palme.

Tutto è stato piacevole , abbiamo trovato un giorno con pochissimo turismo , la tenda caldissima di giorno , di sera era perfetta.Bagno nelle vasche termali ottimo e pure la temperatura.Bella passeggiata al tramonto nel palmeto e tramonto sulle dune eccezionale.Cena veramente buonissima . Di mattina prestissimo usciti per vedere il cielo stellato bello ma la luna dava fastidio.Al mattino presto ho seguito a piedi,la la pista dei quad fino al forte romano , fattibile per chi è allenato , per il ritorno tornare per la pista , cambiare la strada per le dune è risultato impossibile. Per chi non ha gamba meglio affittare il quad.

Tutto è stato piacevole.
Nella tenda nostra non funzionava la presa per ricaricare il telefono ma essendo in auto non ci serviva.

The closest to the dessert!
dinner is a must! very nice and probably the best when you staying there.
It's a tent, so you know already what to expect. There is light inside.
You can charge your phone in the restaurant area and there internet as well.

Un'oasi nel deserto davvero spettacolare, un luogo dove ci si sente in paradiso. Ali è un padrone di casa eccezionale e ha fatto di tutto per non farci mancare nulla, facendoci sentire sempre i benvenuti. Il cibo è squisito, con il pane cotto sotto la cenere che è un'esperienza autentica e deliziosa. Il tramonto nel deserto è semplicemente indimenticabile e rende questo posto ancora più magico. Un'esperienza unica che porteremo sempre nel cuore. Assolutamente consigliato!"
