工作人員的態度超好。可惜床墊太軟了，一躺就陷下去了。
Pros:

地點位置很好，整條街都很熱鬧，用餐方便，但是停車位置偏少

Cons:

熱水器的溫度很難控制，很容易過燙或溫度太低，如果夏天可以直接洗冷水，但冬天就比較困擾

如果只是為了睡覺，可以住進來。但這不是個讓人想一直窩在裡面的飯店，這只是供你睡覺洗澡的地方。
Pros:

沒有提供早餐，但服務員在我退房那天說有多一份早餐，並送我一份。
服務員十分健談，願意分享相關訊息。
位置真的非常好，跟小吃名店非常接近，離台東夜市走路６分鐘可抵達。
如果不介意狹窄，或是不介意些微噪音，只是想找個地方睡一晚，可以考慮。

Cons:

住在一樓靠近停車場的房間。基本上問題有四：
1) 聲音干擾：夜晚會有敲擊聲，走道聲音有點大聲。
2) 房門缺乏維護：房門生鏽嚴重。另外不好開關，房門會卡住。
3) 有煙味：有煙味從冷氣孔飄進來。
4) 價格：設備非常簡單，甚至簡陋，會因此覺得價格偏高。但位置極佳也極便利，就看你怎麼取捨。

Pros:

1. 地點方便，附近有很多吃的和飲料店
2. 停車方便

Cons:

1. 房間有異味，還需要噴芳香劑除臭
2. 早上起來打開馬桶，發現有一條小蜈蚣在裡面，房間裡很有可能還有別隻，房客有可能會被咬傷
3. 住在一樓的房間隔音較差，晚上睡覺時都可以聽到外面的房客講話的聲音，隔壁房客洗澡的聲音也很明顯，早睡的人可能會因此這樣被吵醒
