Vị trí thuận lợi, đối diện sân vận động nên có nhữg phòng cửa sổ nhìn ra view sông rất thoáng; cạnh KS có nhiều quán ăn như bún bò Huế, bánh canh ghẹ, cơm gà xối mỡ, gần nhà hàng có những món ăn sáng khá ok như bún cá, bò lúc lắc, pít tết . Nhân viên KS rất dễ thương (nhất là bé trai), chỉ có máy lạnh hôm đầu lâu lạnh, mở từ tối đến 4-5 h sáng mới đủ lạnh (có lẽ do tường giữ nhiệt), hôm sau thì lạnh tốt.
