Pros:

Freundliches Personal, trotz sprachlicher Barriere sehr bemüht.
Lage etwas außerhalb aber in der "Nachbarschaft" gibt es zu essen und zu trinken und einen kleinen Supermarkt.

Cons:

Bettzeug war bei Ankunft nicht in gutem Zustand, teilweise zerrissen und mit Flecken. Wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht- DANKE!

Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Das Personal spricht so gut wie kein Englisch. Es gibt keinen Service für (ausländische) Touristen, wie man ihn von fast allen anderen Unterkünften im Land kennt, der über Check-in und Check-out hinaus geht.

Pros:

Perfect! Two nights. I booked a single room without window then paid a little more for the Very Comfortable double room. Spotlessly clean, soft mattress (unusual in Vietnam), great location for short walk to the river esplanade and good restaurants nearby. Quiet streets too. Advise use aircon instead of window (mosquitoes). I even enjoyed the 6.5km walk back to the minibus office. Sorry not to stay a few more days.
