KIVULI, TORNEREMO ANCHE QUEST'ALTRO ANNO
Pros:

La posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia, ma comodo al paese, camminando per spiaggia ci si arriva in nemmeno 15/20 minuti. Le stanze sono bellissime, nuove nell'edilizia, clima frigo, pala sopra il letto perfettamente funzionante, cassaforte idonea.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, è stato il 4° viaggio a Zanzibar e altre strutture dello stesso livello le abbiamo trovate decisamente peggio.

Hotel calme et confortable sur la magnifique plage
Pros:

-Le confort et la taille des bungalows, la literie neuve
-l’emplacement calme et idéal au bout des activités sur la plage
-l’extreme gentillesse du personnel
-la qualité du petit dejeuner

Cons:

-L’exigence du service entretien insuffisant : souvent il manque une serviette,du savon ou du papier, on doit systematiquement redemander
-La lenteur en cuisine pour les repas , ce qui fait qu’on mange ailleurs , dommage car la qualité est très bonne.
-La presence énivré du « propriétaire » qui veut convaincre ses clients de boire avec lui et qui n’est pas très sympa avec le personnel

Pokój duży i pusty. Umeblowany minimalistycznie. Brudna klimatyzacja. Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju.Lodówka mała i słabo chłodziła.Łazienka ok.
W restauracji bar, recepcja, księgowość itp. Wygląda to jak bankrutujący lub nie uruchomiony jeszcze hotel. Basen nowy ale zaniedbany, pełno pływającyh sosnowych igieł, bez filtracji mechanicznej, za to pusty, bo nikt nie korzystał. Teren zalesiony, nie zagospodarowany, taki naturalny. Za murem na sąsiedniej działce dwa dni pod rząd lokalsi palili coś śmierdzącego, jakiś plastyk. Smród czuć było w pokoju.Koszmar.
Generalnie to nie jest hotel, a już napewno nie 4 ****. Kupiliśmy 9 nocy ze śniadaniem. Na trzeci dzień spakowaliśmy walizki i pojechaliśmy do innego hotelu. W Kivuli nie dało się być.Nie polecam. Ładne zdjęcia, dobry marketing, ale nic poza tym.
Dziwię się, że na booking.com znalazłem tak nieuczciwą ofertę.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am ruhigen, weißen Strand. Das Zentrum von Paje ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Relaxed place to unwind and enjoy kite surfing.
Pros:

We extended with a week. Wonderful place with great staff.

Cons:

In construction which makes the temporary access a bit challenging to find for taxis. Make sure to refer to the SBH entry sign and at the T-crossing go to the right.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Pros:

The hotel crew was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making us feel comfortable. They responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The place was very clean, and the location was excellent.

Lokalizacja, jedzenie-szczególnie zasłużył na pochwaly szef kuchni, 2 zawsze uśmiechnięte osoby z młodszego personelu, pokój z łazienką i tarasem - bardzo nowoczesny jak na Zanzibar
Pomysł na miejsce zasłonięte roślinnością od plaży bezcenny co daje mega prywatność i unikalność miejsca na Zanzi.

Cons:

Do poprawy jakość WiFi(myślę że to stosunkowo niewielki koszt a możnaby mieć jakość jak w hotelu Mahali obok), brak dystrybutora z wodą do picia, część starsza personelu „pracuje jak za karę”, możnaby uzupełniać zapasy do kuchni na czas by nie było dni z 1-2 dostępnymi daniami w kuchni. może wreszcie po 3ch latach czas ukończyć recepcję główną i włączyć filtry w basenie w którym stoi w bezruchu woda… z florą bakteryjną pewnie Kosmitów ;)
Dojścia do pokoi powinny być przynajmniej wyłożone z kamienia od ścieżki głównej by nie chodzić po piachu, przydałoby się oświetlenie by nie przechodzić w ciemno…z recepcji do pokoi przez busz krzaków…i żona może się sama bać iść do pokoju… ścieżka główna też lepiej oświetlona

Mega potencjał miejsca i pomysł a brakuje tak niewiele by dokończyć tak by było doskonale ;)

Reasumując WiFi, dostawy żarcie, oświetlenie i ścieżka z kamienia lub drewna a będzie doskonale

Le lit était confortable et propre
Le repas du soir -un très bon cuisinier à l’écoute et le service rapide

Cons:

Rangement des affaires dans la chambre difficile sans cintres
Au restaurant les tables et sets de tables n’étaient pas propres .
La responsable de l’établissement nous stressait en nous demandant encore de prouver que nous avons payé , bien que muni de notre preuve booking.com - difficile sans wifi.
Nous l’avons attendu 2 heures pour le check out , pendant notre attente elle nous a envoyé un message » Il est Urgent de passer faire le Check out « 
Bon , c’est l’Afrique .

Jetelový resort by si měl uvědomit, že poskytuje služby svým návštěvníkům a ne dle svého uvážení!

Hidden gem in the shades (Kivuli), best place to stay in Paje.
Pros:

Relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, great combination with the kite school. In the morning the bed is made and in the evening the curtains are closed and protective spray against mosquitoes is applied. Wonderful service. Close to Paje and all restaurants, but not too close to keep its tranquillity. Great food in the restaurant. Walking distance to the supermarket for extra water and anything you need. Amazing to have the cottage with sight to the ocean. As the main entrance is being build we were able to book it for a good price.

Cons:

Anything can be asked for, including fresh towels which I would like to note. By default there are 2 large towels and being changed every 2 days.
