Great value for money on a budget but not luxurious
Pros:

The breakfast was cooked fresh and was light but good enough. The location to the beach was perfect, the staff were friendly and always available to assist.

Cons:

The shower pressure was nonexistent, perhaps the power outages affected that but we could not really use the shower.

Pros:

рядом с пляжем, несмотря что нет в номере кондиционера, в номере было прохладно, много деревьев на территории, неплохой завтрак, который входил в стоимость номера. оптимальное соотношение цены-качества. мне понравилось.

Cons:

рядом идет строительство отеля, и с 9.00 до 17.00 бывает шумно, на я просыпался раньше и ложился спать намного позже, поэтому меня стройка абсолютно не беспокоила. с тому же строительство имеет свойство заканчиваться. поэтому 10 баллов.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff even more and more welcoming, thank you from Ally who was so welcoming, accommodating and friendly and gave me the best service and made me feel like home with local experience, honestly I will be back soon this is my second home.

Pros:

I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. Hanno accolto sempre le nostre richieste. La struttura è in una posizione strategica: a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla vita notturna di Nungwi.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera era ok ma ci sono degli aspetti da poter migliorare. Stanza confortevole ma minimal, c’era giusto l’essenziale.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Lage sehr gut - wie beschrieben. Sauberes Zimmer. Dusche funktioniert und ist warm 😊.Preis Leistung gut. Wir haben verlängert um zwei Nächte.

Bei dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis gib es nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Preis/Leistung ist absolut gut für diese Lage. Die Jungs vom Empfang sind freundlich , zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und mit Liebe gemacht. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte auch Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche, inklusive Warmwasser, funktionierte einwandfrei. Nähe zum Strand und zur Town ist top und entspricht den Angaben.

Cons:

Die Optik im Eingangsbereich und der erste Eindruck der Anlage ist etwas unschön. Das hat uns aber nicht davon abgehalten unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Sollten wir Sansibar nochmal besuchen, kommen wir wieder hierher.
