Удачное местоположение , вид с номера

Cons:

Состояние номера крайне неудовлетворительное: мебель изношена, крышка мусорного ведра сломана, балконная дверь неисправна. Однако самым разочаровывающим фактором стала работа администратора.
Мало того, что при заселении она пыталась завысить цену, пока я не предъявила бронирование, так и в дальнейшем сервис был на нуле. На просьбу о позднем выезде (всего на один час) мне выставили счет в размере 50% от стоимости суток, что абсолютно неадекватно. Кроме того, администратор проявила крайнюю невоспитанность: когда утром ко мне пришли мастера по прическе и макияжу, она демонстративно их проигнорировала и даже не поздоровалась. Такое отношение к гостям и их посетителям недопустимо для сферы гостеприимства.

Cons:

Готель тусовочний,банкети,гулянки до ночі,гучна музика та неадекватні сусіди в сусідніх номерах. Нічого з цим зробити персонал не може бо такий у них формат. Спочатку заселили в один номер ,який бронювали - делюкс,по факту не працював телевізор.Ремонтувати не змогли,після конфлікту - переселили в інший номер . Всю ніч були конфлікти з сусіднім номером так як там була гульня,музика та бійки. На наступну ніч переселили в зовсім інший номер - під аргументом що там де ми зивемо зараз знов буде тусовка.
Для тих хто шукає спокій та відпочинок - це місце не підійде.

Pros:

Спасибо за тепло и уют в самые сильные морозы февраля 26года, когда в домах не было отопления. Автономная работа на собственном генераторе полностью обеспечивала теплом, горячей водой, wi-fi. Ресторан внизу - отличное дополнение по приемлемым ценам к проживанию и отдыху. А рядом с отелем два крупных супермаркета, парк, метро в 10 минутах ходьбы и рынок.
