Гарний персонал і локація, але запах, холод і погана шумоізоляція псували відпочинок.
Pros:

- Дуже ввічливий та уважний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти.
- Гарна локація та приємна місцевість навколо.
- Комплімент у вигляді кави, чаю та води.

Cons:

- Сильний неприємний запах у номері на 1 поверсі, схожий на каналізаційний.
- Дуже мала кількість засобів гігієни у ванній (лише 2 маленькі пакетики гелю на 2 дорослі особи, рідке мило низької якості).
- Після миття голови почалася алергічна реакція.
- В номері було прохолодно.
- Дуже погана шумоізоляція – чутно розмови та храп у сусідніх номерах.

Це місце заслуговує на те, щоб там постійно були зайняті всі номери!
Pros:

Місце розташування - тихий район на околиці м. Харків, за наявності автомобіля - не складно добиратися. Затишно та тихо. Сніданок приготували (яєчня та сосиски + чай чи кава+ круасан) на ту годину, коли домовлялися. Простора ванна кімната. Окрім двох спального ліжка ще є диван.
Хочу відмітити порядність і клієнтоорієнтованість персоналу. Оплатив готель на три ночі. Дозволили поселитися не о 14, а о 10 ранку. В силу форс-мажору довелося з'їхати після першої ночі. Працівники готелю запропонували повернути кошти. Зробили кілька дзвінків та повернули невикористану суму.
Таке відношення має бути винагороджено. Однозначно, рекомендую цей готель для проживання.

Отель испортился
Pros:

Расположение, персонал, чисто, уютно

Cons:

В номере очень старые потрёпанные полотенца, во всем отеле не работают телевизоры. Количество свободных номеров по Booking не соответствует действительности
