Спасибо) Всё было хорошо)
Pros:

Да, в принципе, всё было хорошо.
Если будет снова потребность в проживании в пределах того района города, то я снова вернусь в НИК Аэро.

Cons:

Само место расположения мне не очень зашло, так как до ближайшей инфраструктуры необходимо прогуляться минут 10-15. Ну а на Такси или своим автомобилем, то этот нюанс пропадает)
