Pros:

Beautiful hotel, room was big, comfortable, clean and had a nice view of the lake.

Cons:

Pillows could do with replacing and showers were mouldy and in need of a clean.

Most rooms share bathrooms separate for M/F. The female showers only have curtains (no doors) and the toilet cubicles have doors but with big gaps at the bottom and top. I had an incident at night where a male entered the female bathrooms while i was using the toilet, he walked to my cubicle and looked over the top of the door to watch me. Thankfully the security guard acted swiftly to my screams and assisted to remove the male from the bathroom. This did however highlight the need to make the bathrooms safer as this is a space that anyone can enter including guests just using the facilities for the day.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y la laguna es preciosa.

Cons:

Hubieron problemas con el aire acondicionado (varias veces dejó de funcionar), tiende a perder el servicio de agua para bañarse. La habitación queda al lado de las escaleras que se usan para entrar al lugar, con solo una ventana de por medio y desde temprano se escucha mucha bulla de las personas que van a hacer visita del día.

Amazing location, beautiful property
Pros:

The location is amazing, and there are many options for sitting and enjoying the view. We specifically came on a weekday, so it was not super crowded with daytrippers. In the mornings, we had the beach area to ourselves until nearly 10am. There were plenty of kayaks and paddleboards to play around with, and we enjoyed just jumping off the platforms. The showers were clean, and we walked down the road to a little comedor for the meals we didn't cook. We got the room with a.c. and were grateful for it. It was plenty of space for the four of us. The dog diving in was a hit with the kids, as were all the different boats to play around on.

Cons:

The fridge wasn't working, but the freezer did, so if you were planning to bring large amounts to cook, that would have been complicated. There was a funny mix of utensils, but I had brought some camping sporks.

Pros:

Großartige Lage, hervorragendes Essen, köstliche Smoothies! Personal meist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hahnengeschrei direkt hinterm offenen Zimmerfenster in der Nacht. Der Lärm durch das morgendliche Fegen um 5 Uhr früh.

Desayuno estaba genial, las fajitas de pollo no tanto se podrían comparar con titiles

Como huesped poder comer algo fuera de las horas tempranas establecidas, podrían ser comidas que se pueden preparar en microondas. Si el servicio no se encuentra presente. Pero de ahi todo genial.
Y se nos perdió algo que las cámaras no alcanzaban a ver, sería reforzar la seguridad.
