Will stay again!

Everything was great during our stay, the location is great and the beach is within walking distance. We’ll def stay again!

The location is great, wonderful view. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Was there breakfast? Unfortunately, the room was kind of dirty. The table in the living area, next to the couch was dirty (crumbs?) and sticky. The dining table was less dirty, but all the chairs around it had crumbs on the seat. The bed was ok but the sheets were old, worn/threadbare. My parents will be staying with you for my son's graduation in May, and now I'm a bit concerned about them staying there.

Beautiful location on the harbor, views were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset

Great location but
Pros:

Location. Modern layout.

Cons:

Poor maintenance. What looked like unrepaired water damage. Damaged woodwork. Shower head too low for people over 5'9". Washcloths and towels were frayed and stained.

Never Again!
Pros:

Location is the only decent part of this stay.

Cons:

I would not stay here again!! The sheets were not clean! They provided 2 rags and said it would be a 2 hour wait for more! Floor was sandy as if not cleaned prior to our arrival. No bathroom trash can! I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep! We usually do a day trip so this was super last minute. If I could request a refund I would!!

Perfect for what we needed!
Pros:

The location was clean and updated - beautiful. Great for families. Although this facility sat right next the bridge, the traffic was not terrible. No traffic noise was heard once inside with the sliders closed. With that being said - I loved being next to the bridge and seeing people laughing and enjoying life.

Cons:

Minor: There was no breakfast provided/sheets for pull out couch were not there and I needed to call the emergency line (which was not an emergency)...Perhaps a non-emergency number can be provided for this.
Major: Perhaps allow the guests to enjoy the pool before and after check out. It might be best to hire a front desk/security guard for overnights.

upon arrival, we were told at check in that the only elevator in the building was broken. No notification in advance and we had to bring luggage up flights of stairs.

It was quiet and clean and close to everything.

Cons:

I just did not appreciate taking out the trash
And tidying up the room
So if you have a subcontractor,

they have nothing at all to do .if your customers have to tidy up the room and take out the trash.
if you don’t take out the trash and tidy up the room, will be charged
other than that, everything else was great parking

Professional staff but needs more detail to room

The lady at the front desk was very professional.

Cons:

I felt that the front desk should be open after 5:00pm, office door closed. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The bathroom and shower should have more complementary items to take a shower and wash your hands. 1-tiny bar of soap and 1-tiny shampoo was not enough for two people stay. There was no conditioner in the room for shower. The kitchen did not have soap and scratch pad to wash dishes nor dishwasher soap. The room needs more coffee and tea packs in the room. The price you pay for the room needs more complementary items in the room.

Close, convenient and beautiful
Pros:

The views and location were amazing. Super convenient to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Kitchen allowed for not having to go out to eat constantly.

Cons:

We had some challenges with hot water, but the staff made up for it in spades!
