Pros:

Such a cute retreat! Loved the outside seating along the river and the firepit. The grounds very well maintained. The owners are super nice. Definitely will go back again!

Pros:

Pleasantly surprised how nice and clean everything was. Staff were very accommodating at requests. Great place on the water. Bonfire at night was fun. I will stay here again.

What a nice spot. The owner Jolene was very nice and friendly. The cabin was extremely clean and well-maintained. They have a gas grill and new picnic table outside, as well as a nice Adirondack chair set that was also heavy duty. I would recommend an upgrade of the mattress to the owner. Past that, the place was amazing. Nice pool, gazebo, fire pit, dock. What a find!

While this property lacked frills, overall it was a great location and a nice place to stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff, reasonable rates and great location right on the river.

Cons:

They didn’t have any bottled water on premises and the tap water wasn’t really drinkable. Pool was closed and the shower was very tiny. Overall though a nice place.

Relaxing fun couple of days!!! Clayton NY is a beautiful quaint village with nice resturants .
Pros:

My husband and I stayed for a short getaway. Stay was wonderful, very helpful. We stayed in Motel # 1 , the room was very small,but was very clean and comfortable. The view of the St. Lawrence River was breathtaking!! We wuld definetly stay there again.

Cons:

Room was a very small. I would like a room with a kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay no issues
Pros:

Family run, owners on site and they were so nice! Very pleasant and helpful. Nice little courtesy room with 24 hour coffee and microwave. Good value for the money.

Cons:

The facility is a little dated and it’s pretty far from everything. They have a nice dock but no launch so you have to drive about 3 miles to launch and you have to drive to get anything else (food!). pool looked nice but was closed due to weather.
