Clean and spacious rooms. Good coffee available downstairs all day long.
Some of the facilities were in need of an upgrade (AC, water pressure in the bathroom).
While we appreciated overall the location, it's really quite deserted and eerie throughout the day in the hotel's neighborhood, with howling dogs roaming the streets at night.
It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 15 minutes walking from the Mall. This is a nice place with good service. They offer complementary coffee and bread all the day. Also they have separate restaurant and it’s very good and reasonably priced. Chef is very friendly and he has good hands. And the other staff also very friendly.Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
Only thing their bathroom are bit small.
Lovely beds comfortable which we've found difficult in thailand, very beautiful and modern the garden/pool area is absolutely stunning pool is nice to swim in not too cold or hot in the pool, so peaceful and quiet had a lovely sleep here. Accepted us to change dates as plans changed.
No lift and we were on 3rd floor(top floor) can't complain its only three flights of stairs however not too far out the way there's a 7 eleven and a couple small local markets however nothing else. Main problem at first was stray dogs near locals houses ran after us, obviously not the hotels fault but it's just the location around it can laugh about it afterwards ( only happend once )

The room was quite big, the pool was nice, it was very comfortable. Everything is new, and beautiful.
Sometimes they forgot to clean my room.
There are a lot of dogs in the area and they sometime chase at you.
the pool is very nice, and we got some presents from the host for the Festival of Lights (thank you :-) ), the location is a plus from our point of view as it is quiet during the night, they also helped us a lot organizing taxis to the city center
the rooms where not clean at all when we arrived (hair everywhere on the floor), because we had rooms facing to the Restaurant which belongs to the hotel it was very noisy from the guests and loud music was running all day long (to be fair, they switched it off for 1h on our request)
