Pros:

Adoramos a senhora Rosário, super simpática e acolhedora, ela é uma joia do hotel. O outro recepcionista da manhã/tarde também é super prestativo e atencioso. Vista do quarto era linda para as montanhas. A vista do terraço também é incrível e o café da manhã é bom. Localização muito boa. Ducha super quente. Camas confortáveis. Limpeza excelente.

Cons:

O banheiro é pequeno demais, básico demais, sem exaustor, acho que deveria ser reformado.

Pros:

A ducha é quente e com bastante pressão. Rosário é uma fofa.

Cons:

O banheiro exalou um cheiro ruim à noite. Não tem muito isolamento acústico. Café da manhã com frutas e ovos, porém sem queijo e com café solúvel...

Gutes Frühstück auf der schönen Dachterrasse mit Aussicht.

An unserem Anreisetag gab es bis abends um 22 Uhr im ganzen Ort keinen Strom und kein Licht. Dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts, aber wir hätten uns einen besseren Umgang mit dieser Situation gewünscht. Es wäre zum Beispiel ganz nett gewesen, wenn man zumindest eine Taschenlampe oder Kerze an die Gäste herausgegeben hätte. In anderen Unterkünften haben wir das gesehen; wir hingegen saßen im Dunkeln - ohne zu wissen, wann es wieder Strom gibt.
Das Haus ist außerdem sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Frühstücksbereich befand sich direkt über unserem Zimmer und ab 6 Uhr früh war ständig lautstarkes Stühlerücken zu hören.

Pros:

L’allotjament es ideal súper còmode i molt ben ubicat.
Te molt d’encant i unes vistes maravilloses desde la Terrassa on esmorzes. Esmorzar deliciós preparat per la Sra Rosario una dona molt simpàtica que ens ha explicat tot el que podem visitar.
Definitivament un molt bon allotjament prop de tot i molt nou.

Our host was very nice and knowledgeable. The room was small but enough for one night. The view from the roof top is incredible. The location in the center in a quiet area. The breakfast was nice and enough :) thank you!

Beautiful little place
Pros:

It is a really cute place in a gorgeous street, close to the main square. We were in a room that overlooked the street and could see ruins from our window - amazing!
The owner was very sweet and the included breakfast was great, as is the rooftop dining room.
The room itself is lovely and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The floors and walls are thin - you can hear a lot. Definitely recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. And the front 2 rooms that overlook the street also get noise from the street - but worth it for the view.

We would definitely come back anytime.
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh-smelling. The room with the balcony was spacious, and the hot water was perfect.

The elderly lady who runs this place is simply amazing—so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the service was excellent.

The location is superb, and the price offers great value for money.

Good location, a minute walk to the main square. Room wasn't that big but for the price, it is probably OK.

Cons:

Hotel is not staffed 24 hours. We had to wait a long time to get in when we arrived, even though it was during the day and the time had been given in advance.
Also, The outside door has a faulty lock and I could not get access to the hotel one of the days. I had to wait for someone else to come out so I could get in. Please fix the lock or inform people of the issue.

Wonderful host and great location!
Pros:

Rosario was a superb host, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and we were made to feel at home. A great location a couple of minute from the main plaza. The breakfast on the roof with the stunning view of Ollantaytambo was a highlight!
