This hotel is absolutely incredible. It is brand new, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, they provided a blanket and a heater when I said I was cold. The shower is reliable, hot water always, and the pressure is amazing, the breakfast is varied and very tasty, the location is in a quiet street right next to the main square. But what made my stay truly wonderful were the owners, very warm and welcoming, who went above and beyond to help in any way they can. Thank you so much!!

La habitación y el desayuno

It’s clean and homely. Stays in the small town of Ollantaytambo are similar, the rooms are small and it’s practically just a guest house. You’ll not find fancy 5 stars here. But I think that’s what makes it special. It’s like you’re sharing someone’s home. This place is family run and the lady running it was a gem, always smiling and helping us with questions. She made us great breakfast in the mornings which we enjoyed on their balcony with a stellar view of the town. It felt so cozy, right at home, and I already miss seeing her face everyday!

Qente Wings was the perfect stay at Ollantaytambo. We enjoyed it very much. Nice views from the roof terrace where breakfast was served. The staff was very friendly! Staff also took care of our backpack that arrrived 10 days late from the plane. As we were backpacking, we didn't had our luggage for 10 days since we were moving every day to a new location/overnight stay. Qente Wings was the safe choice for having our backpack delivered since we were staying here for 2 days. The personnel took well care of it and we were so happy to finally have our stuff just in time for starting the Inca Trail! Ouf!!

Rosario es el alma del hotel, lleva con tesón el hotel, prepara los almuerzos, se encarga de contactar con los taxistas, etc. Un encanto de mujer, siempre predispuesta. El hotel está en el centro del pueblo, en un sitio inmejorable. Los desayunos muy correctos, en la terraza con espléndidas vistas. Se encargaron de llevarnos las maletas a Cusco. Todo perfecto

Rosario fue súper amable con nosotros, y al tener dudas sobre si íbamos a pasar frío por la noche nos ofreció una manta extra

Un séjour parfait ! Mme Rosario est une hôte d'une grande bienveillance et toujours souriante. L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal : niché dans une ruelle calme, il reste tout proche de la place principale. Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Le matin, on se régale avec un petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux, servi sur la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique. Un vrai plus : la possibilité de laisser ses bagages en toute sécurité pendant l'excursion au Machu Picchu.
