Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación del hotel es bastante cerca a todo!!! Incluso para la plaza principal a 4 cuadras. El personal que atiende y que limpian muy amables. Las chicas de recepción fueron super serviciales. El desayuno estuvo bueno y variado. Me encanto que siempre tuve mi habitación limpia. El hotel es familiar a pesar que a unas cuadras hay zona complicada. Me gustó que el hotel se distingue de todo eso.

Cons:

Me gustaria que mejoraran el tamaño de la cama sobretodo si es para pareja. Todo lo demás estuvo bueno.

Estancia agradable y con excelente ubicación.

La ubicación,, el servicio de limpieza y el desayuno muy bueno, también el personal atento y servicial.

Cons:

Lo único sería el tamaño pequeña de la habitación y sin ventana a exterior pero contaba con buen aire acondicionado.

Recomendado.
Pros:

Excelente desayuno incluido, muy buena atencion. La habitacion excelente y el aire acondicionado ayuda mucho considerando el calor que hace en Chiclayo, los baños tienen agua caliente tambien aunque demora un poco.

Cons:

Todo excelente, el unico problema es la ubicacion. Personalmente muy ajetreada la avenida. Ademas en las colchas (aunque hacia calor en la noche hacia frio) encontre pelos de personas que habian usado anteriormente. Quizas no lavados bien.

Lo mejor su desayuno y el hecho de que no se escuche el ruido de las calles.
