Hospedaje ordenado y agradable
Pros:

Céntrico, buena atención del personal, muy buen desayuno buffet, baño con agua caliente y muy limpio en general el hospedaje.

Well located hotel
Pros:

The staff was really helpful and nice.
I appreciate having an affordable laundry service option and a breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but the coffee was cold. I think they should have a different container to keep it warm.
The AC unit placement in my parents' room wasn't ideal. It's placed on the top of the bed so the cold air would hit their backs when they woke up to use the bathroom at night.
Lastly, the tvs didn't have an Internet connection, so we couldn't watch YouTube nor Netflix.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal die helfen die passende Tour zu finden. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Leider hat es sehr lange gedauert bis warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn kam .

SE VE MEJOR EN FOTOS
Pros:

Es un lugar limpio, el servicio de limpieza al cuarto es bueno. El apoyo para conservar mi medicina en frio fue conforme. Me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi muy temprano, la señorita de recepcion muy amable, pero no hay servicio para ayudar con las maletas.

Cons:

El desayuno se ofrece como buffet, pero es un tanto limitado. El ultimo día pese a haber coordinado la noche anterior que necesitaba que me atendieran 30 minutos mas temprano pues tenia vuelo. Al final me fallaron. La zona no es recomendable por la noche no se puede dormir pues hay meretricio clandestino a la espalda justo por donde daba mi cuarto. El bar del hotel no funciona, no hay atencion. Se fue la energia electrica el dia que llegue desde las 5pm y el GE solo era para luces, no habia enchufes por ende no habia forma de cargar los equipos, no funcionaba el ACI ni la TV.

Muy bueno
Pros:

la cortesia y amabilidad del personal de recepcion, limpieza, cocina, etc.
las instalaciones modernas, los cuartos amplios, con equipos de aire acondicionado, WIFI y TV que funcionaban muy bien

Quisiera destacar la amabilidad y consejos del personal de recepcion. Las Srtas. Dana, Keyla y todas las demas que nos atendieron fueron de mucha ayuda para hacer una estadia muy buena

La ubicacion del hotel respecto al centro es muy buena (a 5 minutos del Parque principal y catedral). Pero, la zona donde está ubicado daba sensación de inseguridad si uno caminaba de noche por ahi

TERRIBLE LUGAR!
Pros:

Nada. Ni siquiera la ubicación. Pensé que era céntrico, pero afuera es un mercado ambulante. TERRIBLE

Cons:

El personal no es amable ni empático. Había una persona del grupo que se quedó en el hotel porque estaba enferma, pidió que le suban un botella de agua para tomar unas pastillas y no querían hacerlo. Terminaron subiéndole un vaso de agua sabe Dios si de caño o que. Luego pidió una manzanilla y le dijeron que ni daban manzanillas hasta las 7pm. O sea si te provoca una antes, olvídalo. El bar del hotel está por las puras porque literalmente no tienen un solo trago de nada.
Las habitaciones sucias, oscuras, en mal estado.
Está bien que no sea un “hotel” Caro pero estoy segura que hay opciones MUCHO mejores por el mismo precio.
Éramos 5 personas (3 habitaciones) en la reserva y todos pensamos igual.
