La zona no es muy cómoda
Excelente atención de todo el personal. Todos son muy amables. Las instalaciones son modernas y siempre están impecables. El desayuno bufet súper rico.
Todo estuvo bien. Está a cuatro cuadras de la plaza de Chiclayo, aunque hay muchos negocios alrededor, por lo que hay bastante movimiento en el exterior del hotel.

It was a clean and well managed small hotel with all that I required for my stay. The decore was pleasant and the staff were always helpful and well trained. My room was quiet. The included breakfast was good.
The street is typical of inner Chiclayo but looks a bit run down. The hotel itself however was very well presented and like a refuge from the busy street.
