Un poco decepcionante
Pros:

Edificio único, pueblo muy tranquilo con encanto. Habitación grande y cama grande. Buen Buffet.

Cons:

La limpieza es mejorable, había pelos en la bañera. Además, la bañera se atascaba y el grifo del lavabo salía fatal. El hotel no tiene aire en las zonas comunes y no es agradable usar los salones. Piscina agradable pero podría tener algo de verde para refrescar la zona

Pros:

hele fijne ambiance in een prachtig pand, we hebben gedineerd, was super leuke beleving in een heel mooie pousada in portugal we zijn direct nieuwsgierig geworden naar de andere pousada's die portugal te bieden heeft

Cons:

wij hebben geen opmerkingen, wij vonden de kamer wel ietwat gedateerd. Dit kan wel iets gemoderniseerd worden. Voor de rest zijn wij erg enthousiast over de Pousade in Estoi.

Un palais à ne pas rater
Pros:

L'accueil s'est très bien passé. Petit déjeuner généreux avec cuisson en instantané pour les œufs par exemple. L'accès au Spa inclus.

Cons:

Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Nous avions précisé lors de la réservation pourtant seulement 1 très grand lit pour le séjour.

Wunderschöne Pousada in historischem Gebäude. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem modernen Nebengebäude. Gepflegtes Restaurant, professionelles Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Elektroladestation fürs Auto nicht.

Agradável, mas o edifício carece de uma remodelação a nível do mobiliário, principalmente ao nível dos estofos.
Pros:

O palácio é muito bonito e as salas temáticas estão muito bem apetrechadas.
O mobiliário muito gasto, assentos com espuma já em defeito. Cortinados com buracos e os WCs a precisarem de uma renovação.
Vista e extraordinária. Quartos aconchegantes, mas a necessitarem de remodelação.

Cons:

Gatos vadios estarem na varanda a pedirem comida e em mau estado. Alguns com doenças e conjuntivites bem acentuadas. Staff com alguma falta de experiência. Durante o pequeno almoço uma funcionária questionou se podia levar o prato e acabou por levantar a mesa completa com os talheres: conclusão, foi necessário pedir um conjunto extra.
Em frente ao quarto, muito visível, tinha ratoeiras. Embora todos saibam da sua existência, seria mais adequado não os colocar tão visíveis.
