好位置，好早餐，一流的員工
Pros:

位置在古城區的核心位置，街區豐富可愛。非塞車時段，從飯店到清邁機場只需十五分鐘。

浴室空間充裕，熱水與水壓都充足。房間小露台面向泳池，我們享受在這裡飲杯茶和閱讀。

員工是這兒的寶藏，全體皆非常積極協助顧客，氣氛融洽溫暖。我們發現將嬰兒車忘在飯店，感謝前台協助，最後順利將嬰兒車送抵機場。早餐很有誠意，新鮮味美。

Cons:

大廳浮誇的塑膠花裝飾，我認為沒有那些，原本的飯店模樣更好看。

Mooie, rustige plek in het centrum

Ligging is goed midden in het centrum. Personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Hotel mag wat gemoderniseerd worden. Fitnessruimte is niet echt een fitnessruimte. Veel te klein en staat 1 apparaat. Buffet bij het ontbijt mag ook uitgebreider.

Exceptional
Pros:

Amazing, like you’ve stepped into a 1920s luxury hotel in some tropical destination. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Also on a month long holiday in Thailand and Japan, slept better and was more relaxed here than anywhere else (despite the location in the middle of the old city). Bonus, if you’re there Sunday evening, the nighttime street market is right there.

Cons:

Very little, a reading lamp by the bed would be nice.

Excelente hotel, com funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a agradar.
Pros:

Excelente localização, bem central e próximo da estação de comboio. Fomos muito bem recebidos e sempre tratados com um sorriso ao longo da nossa estadia. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita variedade e pratos cozinhados na hora.
O quarto era bem espaçoso, limpo, com varanda e com muita luz.
Estávamos a poucos minutos das localizações mais interessantes de Chiang Mai.

Best hotel in the old city. Effortless stay.
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Good aircon!
Slippers and gown!
On tap tea and icecream - free!
Pool is small but lovely.
The staff were so so friendly and kind. Big shout out to Imm, she was outstanding.
Location is wonderful, in amongst the good stuff

We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage 99.
Pros:

It was clean and the food was great, the breakfast has a lot of great variety. Staff was lovely. Location is easy to walk to anything you would need. The free ice cream was delicious and it’s nice that they have bottled water available for you in the lobby.

Cons:

It is a quite expensive though you get a lot of value for the cost, as the staff is helpful, food is great and location is wonderful.

Wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Well-situated hotel with wonderful staff.
We really enjoyed our stay at 99 The Heritage Hotel. We were welcomed with kindness and smiles and that continued throughout our entire stay.
We enjoyed all the facilities, the cookery class, the happy hour and it was lovely to receive a rose on Valentine’s Day and a gift on Chinese New Year.
100% recommend. Thank you to all!

Peaceful, blissful retreat in the heart of Chiang Mai, 99 the Heritage exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

The staff is wonderful here - they exceeded expectations. The food for breakfast, as well as dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Our room was very clean, had everything we needed, and was cleaned very well. The little extras that the hotel provided made our trip extra special. This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

Cons:

I hated that we had to leave!

Perfect Hotel
Pros:

Staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming; they could not do anymore for us. The hotel is in a great location and is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. The room was spotless and the bathroom room was immaculate; a very power shower and a big bath. Breakfast had the choice of 2 à la carte options as well as the buffet. The selection was vast and the food was amazing.

Un Hotel con tradición y excelente servicio.
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, con variedad de frutas, huevos, etc. La habitación estaba ubicada en el segundo piso, con vista a la piscina interior. Buena tamaño, y buena luz. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está a pasos del centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de templos y lugares turísticos. Excelente atención del personal, un té a media tarde, helados, galletas y bebidas en la recepción gratis.

Cons:

El Hotel magnifico.
Cuidado con los tour que ofrecen las agencias a la ciudad a Chiang Rai, puesto que son una trampa turística. Los templos no son verdaderos lugares de culto, son una fantasía arquitectónica, repleto de turistas ávidos para sacarse una foto frente al templo blanco o el azul. Chiang Rai está 3 horas en auto. NO VALE LA PENA es mejor disfrutar de Chiang Mai, su comida, sus templos y paseos cercanos.
