Pros:

Wszystko bylo super. Właściciel bardzo, bardzo miły. Świetne śniadanie. Szef podał dziecią soczki a nam litrową wodę na wynos . Kawa super.

Pros:

Owners were kind and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and food was really good.

Cons:

If it weren’t for this incident, I would have happily rated this place a 9 or even 10.

Unfortunately, we were not informed that a wedding would be taking place from Sunday into Monday during our stay. We had a long journey planned for the following day, and the loud music next door, along with people screaming and running around right outside our door until late at night, made it impossible to get any sleep.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, very helpful, whatever you needed they were there to provide assistance. The rooms were clean and tidy with AC, suite bathroom, and a small fridge for everything you need. The food at the restaurant was great, I would recommend it to everyone.

Great value, excellent hotel.
Pros:

Great value, breakfast included which was also delicious.
Plenty of room in the hotel with wardrobes for all your storage needs.
Clean rooms, comfy beds, AC was golden for the heatwave.

Cons:

During our stay I don't think the sheets got changed but they changed towels every other day or so, with a quick hoover I'd say.

The best hotel in Zrenjanin!
Pros:

This is by far the number 1 hotel in Zrenjanin. I wish we had the level of comfort, care & dedication back in London. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to make your stay here as homely & special as possible. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Each room has a large private outside space. The air conditioning is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is simple but delicious & you have a restaurant with a variety of tasty traditional dishes. There is also a banquet hall for events if you have a celebration to enjoy. I have stayed here numerous times, have always enjoyed my stay and will keep coming back. What an amazing, professional & warm place to spend some time!

Cons:

Nothing at all. It is the best of the best!
