Comfortable room with very helpful host but share entry with family and flooring business.
Pros:

Fairly quiet being above the street. Friendly, helpful host. Feels recently remodeled.

Cons:

Had to place key card in a holder on the room wall to keep the lights/power on. Tub but no shower curtain. If out past 11pm need to contact host to get back in as front of hotel looks like flooring business.

Superb
Pros:

The room was very clean and well furnished. The bathroom seemed to be very newly fitted. The staff were friendly enough, most communication was through Google Translate. We left at 5.30am for a river tour and they allowed us to leave our bags until we returned about 1.30pm.

Cons:

We booked a room with a balcony but the room didn't have one. The entrance is through a shop, which wasn't too much of an issue but we had to wake the owner up to open the shutter at 5.30am, even though we'd communicated the night before that we needed to leave at that time.
