Pros:

1. Dinner food variety is abundant. Have local must try snacks and dishes. Enjoyed the food!

2. Big hotel with sea view. But went in winter time, no amusement park open. Not too crowded in winter. Outdoor view was nice.

Cons:

1. First when we checked in, the reception guy was in a very bad mood and behaved very arrogant, without smile, very slow and very cold. That’s not an attitude to show to the guests. That’s too bad, he absolutely needs more training or education.

2. The room door cannot be opened by the room card, and it was a long way from reception to the room. Then have to switch to use a key to open the door. The shower head is dirty. No tissue on the table. No drinking water prepared in the room. Balcony tiles are broken.

3. One of the elevator cannot go down to ground floor, have to go to first floor and then use stairs.

4. Indoor swimming pool water quality is bad, feeling uncomfortable on the skin after swimming, and too crowded with so many kids, limited space.
