Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile fin dall'inizio, inoltre alcuni parlavano italiano.
Pros:

La piscina è la cosa più bella di tutta la struttura, essa è posizionata a pochi passi dalle camere indipendenti che si affacciano sul giardino interno. I letti sono spaziosi e comodi.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare l'arredamento.

Very happy
Pros:

I like that all the women who clean the rooms put flowers on my bed. I liked how they cleaned my room every day very well. I don’t remember their names but both of them were very nice workers . I want the owner increase their salaries. I like the person who took care of the back door also took care of my safety very well. The receptionists and the manager and the lawyer of the hotel were very kind to me. Also the boy that worked in the breakfast that later was working in The palm disco was very professional . The people who work in the hotel were very nice to me and provide the information about transportation. I liked the receptionists day time and at night spoke English . The hotel has a good location and I liked that every time I arrived they opened the door for me fast and they recognize me fast and took care about my safety.

Cons:

To be honest, the hotel rooms need some reparations like
better painting
and repare the bathroom under the sink, because the painting is not uniform ,
better internet ( but they solved it putting a modem inside the room and that worked very well) and better decoration ( I think the owner must add beach pictures to the room and use only white blankets to each room with nice blue pillows and bathroom curtain needs to be white , double ( one for inside and one for outside yo avoid the water to go out )
but the good thing there was that when I requested something , the personal that worked there were very nice and they tried to solve it as fast as possible.
I really appreciated how all of them were very nice to me. I went last year and this year and I will return, I hope they give me a discount as a guess that return every year like a club. Thanks to the hotel manager and the receptionists for always listening to my requests and being very pleasant . They are very hood professionals and the women that cleaned the rooms are amaizing sweat workers. I thanks them too.
The palm needs to be karaoke also to bring more people yo the disco and make that fun for Turists as Hammamet hotel has karaoke. The palm is a good place but needs a group to play music and also karaoke and include the swimming pool area even in winter . They can do promotions for birthday celebrations and they can do karaoke and international music with a. DJ that Turists will like a lot. Even kataoke contests.

Pros:

La struttura è datata, sarà degli anni '50 e non è particolarmente curata. La stanza era pulita, la piscina anche e la spiaggia si trova davanti all'hotel. La colazione aveva brioches fresche. Per una notte va bene.

Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Il y a du chauffage dans la chambre.
Le personnel est à l'écoute.

Cons:

Mettre une douche à la place de la baignoire.

L'indirizzo della location non era specificato (a parte la via) e non era presente alcuna insegna per riconoscerlo.Ho tentato più volte di contattare l'host telefonicamente e tramite mail ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta,di conseguenza ho dovuto rivolgermi ad altra struttura in quanto non si è presentsto nessuno a consegnarmi le chiavi nell'orario di arrivo da me specificato,ne' piu tardi.Per cui non credo mi debba essere addebitato alcun costo.In tal caso sporgero denuncia agli organi competenti.
Maleducazione totale da parte del titolare per cui direi esperienza negativa all'ennesima potenza dato che neppure l'assistenza clienti di Booking alla quale mi sono rivolto per risolvere il problema si è degnata di una risposta.Per quanto mi riguarda andrebbe eliminato dalle strutture presenti in elenco Booking.
