Although it was a short stay and during the off-season tourist season, we enjoyed the hospitality.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and varied.
The hotel is spacious, allowing for relatively long walks within its grounds.
There are enough parking spaces.

Cons:

What we didn't like about the room was the limited number of TV channels.
We also think the wardrobes need replacing. The safe in the room is not working.

Une mauvaise expérience de la Tunisie et un hôtel qui ne fait rien pour garder sa clientèle en sécurité
Pros:

Honnêtement pas grand chose, les femmes de ménages sont adorables

Cons:

La nourriture de mauvaise qualité et mal cuisiné , les clients qui harcèlent les femmes de l’hôtel, les animations décevante ( une ambiance camping)… certains membres du staff désagréable et l’hôtel qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement !

Einmal war gut aber kein Zweites mal
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut, es war ruhig und man war schnell am Strand, das Dessert Buffet fand ich auch sehr gut, viel Abwechslung wirklich sehr lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, es war wirklich nicht besonders, man muss aber auch sagen für den Preis war es ok einfach zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen,

Das Essen war ok, es war aber meist kalt das hat mich ein wenig gestört,

Personal oft ein wenig aufdringlich, wen man seine Ruhe wollte setzten sie sich zu einem und fingen an zu reden.

Djerba was a lovely place, the people of djerba were lovely (except the unhelpful manager, Naceur.)
Pros:

The beach was amazing, best beach in djerba. The pool was impressive and large, the hotel on a whole was nice

Cons:

the manager, Naceur, was very rude and agressive. He was not very helpful at all. The room we stayed in was dirty, we were not told the AC was not working due to not being peak season. The shower and bath leaked throughout, flooding the bathroom, we had to use all of our towels to stop the water from reaching the main room. When we spoke to the staff on reception on multiple occasions, we were told to speak to the manager. The manager was very rude and unhelpful, we asked to change rooms and he said no. He said he will send some one to fix it but it did not fix. When we asked for more towels, they were very delayed in giving them to us. The manager made it very difficult and was not respectful or responsive to us.

Un employé à la réception très agréable.
Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Deux autres employés à la réception très désagréables.
Des transats et matelas à l'extérieur laissés en désordre et trempés après un jour de pluie. Quand le soleil est revenu, personne pour s'en occuper...

It's expensive for what it provides. We stayed in sousse at a similar resort for much less
